摘要： A display device includes a light emitting unit and a display panel including a first color filter. The light emitting unit includes a light source generating a blue light, and a light-converting part converting the blue light into a white light and emitting the white light to an exterior. The first color filter, through which the white light passes, includes a first coloring agent that absorbs about 95% to about 100% of light having wavelength of about 420 nm to about 470 nm in the white light. Thus, a color reproducibility of the display device may be improved.

The polarizer is disposed between the light source and the display. The polarizer polarizes the light. The transparent reflective element is spaced apart from the display panel. The transparent reflective element reflects an image provided from the display panel.

The spacer is disposed in the first opening to maintain an interval between the first substrate and the second substrate. The spacer and the first light blocking member include the same material.

摘要： A display substrate includes a plurality of transistors, a plurality of color filters, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a plurality of supporting members, and a plurality of filling members. The transistors are connected to a plurality of gate lines extending in a first direction on a base substrate and a plurality of data lines extending in a second direction crossing the first direction. The color filters are disposed over the transistors, and have a plurality of holes. The pixel electrodes are disposed on the color filters, and electrically connect to the transistors. The supporting members are disposed on the color filters, and maintain a gap between the base substrate and a substrate opposing the base substrate. The filling members are comprised of the same material as the supporting members, and fill the holes.

The inorganic insulation layer has a hole formed thereon, which exposes a portion of the color filter layer in correspondence with the TFT. The pixel electrode is formed on the inorganic insulation layer.

摘要： A thin film transistor includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor formed on the substrate; a first color filter and a second color filter formed on the thin film transistor and each having a through hole; a capping layer formed on the first color filter and the second color filter; and a pixel electrode formed on the capping layer and connected to the thin film transistor through the through hole, wherein the capping layer formed on the first color filter has a first opening exposing the through hole of the first color filter, the size of the first opening is larger than the size of the through hole, the capping layer formed on the second color filter has a second opening disposed inside the through hole of the second color filter, and the size of the second opening is smaller than the size of the through hole. Accordingly, the capping layer completely covers the green color filter which prevents damage to the green color filter in a dry etching process, and also prevents changes of a color coordinate.
