Abstract: An energy storage system, to improve operating efficiency and system reliability that exist when a component in the energy storage system is faulty, and avoid a waste of resources. The energy storage system includes a plurality of energy storage branches, at least one switch unit, and a control circuit. Each of the energy storage branches includes a first bus, a string-level converter, and a battery string that are sequentially connected in series, a plurality of balancing converters, and a shared bus. The battery string includes a plurality of battery units connected in series, and each of the battery units includes one battery pack. The battery pack is connected to an input side of one corresponding balancing converter, and output sides of the plurality of balancing converters are separately connected to the shared bus.

Abstract: An energy storage system, a battery monitoring method, and an energy storage device, to improve precision and stability of the energy storage system. The system includes: a battery module, a temperature sensor, and a battery monitoring unit. The battery module includes at least two battery areas. The temperature sensor is disposed in each battery area. The battery monitoring unit determines, based on a plurality of temperature signals sent by temperature sensors, a first battery area corresponding to an abnormal temperature signal that reaches a first preset temperature threshold. When an adjacent temperature signal of a second battery area that is connected to the first battery area is greater than a second preset temperature threshold, rated power of the battery module is reduced.

Abstract: An energy storage apparatus includes a cabinet, cyclic cooling units, a support, battery modules, and an air supply duct. The support is fastened in an inner cavity of the cabinet, the battery modules are fastened on the support, and the support and the battery modules jointly separate the inner cavity into an air intake region and an air return region. A heat dissipation duct communicating with the air intake region and the air return region is disposed in the battery module. The cyclic cooling unit is located outside the cabinet and includes an air inlet vent and an air return vent. One end of the air supply duct communicates with the air inlet vent, and the other end of the air supply duct communicates with the air intake region. The air return vent communicates with the air return region.

Abstract: An energy storage system is provided, where the energy storage system may include an energy storage module and a power conversion module. The energy storage module may be configured to generate a target waveform signal on the direct current bus when receiving a black start signal. In this case, the power conversion module may be configured to: detect the target waveform signal on the direct current bus, and turn on based on the target waveform signal. When the power conversion module cannot receive a power-on instruction of an energy management system, the power conversion module may also actively turn on when detecting the target waveform signal on the direct current bus, to implement a black startup.
