    Abstract: A management method and apparatus for supporting multiple SIM cards to share an RF processor. The method includes: after receiving a resource request sent by a first baseband communications processor, determining whether the RF processor is authorized be used by a second baseband communications processor in at least a part of a time period required for using the RF processor by the first baseband communications processor; if yes, comparing whether a priority of a type of a first communications service that needs to be performed by the first baseband communications processor is higher than a priority of a type of a second communications service performed by the second baseband communications processor; and if yes, sending an authorization message to the first baseband communications processor and instructing the second baseband communications processor to stop performing the second communications service.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for sending a BSR. The method includes: if an LCG logical channel meets a regular BSR trigger condition, triggering a first regular BSR; or if a BSR retransmission timer expires, and any LCG logical channel has transmittable data, triggering a second regular BSR; if the LCG logical channel triggering the first regular BSR meets a non-transmittable condition, canceling the first regular BSR; or if all LCG logical channels meet a non-transmittable condition after the second regular BSR is triggered, canceling the second regular BSR; and if an uplink transmission resource is available in a current TTI, and the first or second regular BSR that is triggered but not canceled exists, sending a BSR MAC CE by using the uplink transmission resource. The disclosed method prevents a UE from generating and reporting meaningless BSR MAC CEs, and thereby saves transmission resources.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a measurement method and a measurement apparatus, to perform RMTC measurement and DMTC measurement on an inter-frequency frequency. The method in the embodiments of this application includes: determining an idle component carrier; determining a RMTC measurement periodicity and a DMTC measurement periodicity of a first inter-frequency frequency for LAA; when the RMTC measurement periodicity and the DMTC measurement periodicity of the first inter-frequency frequency have a same time point, separately performing RMTC measurement on the first inter-frequency frequency by using the idle component carrier to obtain a first measurement result, and performing DMTC measurement on the first inter-frequency frequency to obtain a second measurement result; and sending the first measurement result and the second measurement result to a network device, where the first measurement result and the second measurement result are used to indicate the network device to schedule a resource.
