摘要： A dual display folder type terminal having a hinge includes a manipulation unit formed in the hinge, wherein the inventive implementation of the hinge provides various function commands without the need of an additional space in the terminal. As a result, the size of the terminal doesn't suffer when implementing the manipulation unit. Further, the dual display folder type terminal can operate different modes based on the opening angle of a folder relative to the other folder.

摘要： A cover for covering a folder type terminal including a first frame, a second frame, and a hinge for rotatably connecting the first frame and the second frame, the folder type terminal cover device includes: a first outer cover for covering the first frame; a second outer cover for covering the second frame; and a hinge cover for covering the hinge and in which a separation distance from the hinge increases when the folder type terminal is unfolded from a folded state. Thereby, an appearance and grip impression of the folder type terminal can be improved, and when the folder type terminal is put on a table in an unfolded state, the folder type terminal can maintain a predetermined angle from a table plane without a separate device.

摘要： A infra-red bolometer includes an active matrix level, a support level, a pair of posts and an absorption level. The active matrix level includes a substrate having a pair of connecting terminals. The support level includes a pair of bridges, each of the bridges being provided with a conduction line formed on top thereof, wherein one end of the conduction line is electrically connected to the respective connecting terminal. The absorption level includes an absorber with a reflective layer positioned at bottom surface thereof, a serpentine bolometer element surrounded by the absorber and an IR absorber coating formed top of the absorber. Since the reflective layer is attached at the bottom surface of the absorber, which will, in turn, eliminate the need for controlling the vertical distance between the absorption level and the active matrix level.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a real-time face detection apparatus. The real-time face detection apparatus includes a down-scaling unit and a face region comparison unit. The down-scaling unit down-scales an input image at at least one ratio. The face region comparison unit creates a plurality of windows for the image down-scaled at the at least one ratio, acquires face region confidence of each of window images within the created windows by comparing the window image with a classifier, and determines whether the window image corresponds to a face region.

摘要： A power-up detection circuit which operates in a stable way regardless of variation in PVT. The power-up detection circuit includes a bias circuit that generates a bias voltage in response to an external voltage, and a detection circuit that generates a detection signal in response to the bias voltage. The response speed of the bias circuit to the external voltage and the response speed of the detection circuit to the bias voltage vary depending upon process, voltage and temperature (PVT). Accordingly, the power-up detection circuit and semiconductor device including the same can operate in a stable manner regardless of variation in PVT.
