摘要: A motor driving apparatus includes a motor having a plurality of windings, a first inverter which is connected to a first end of each of the plurality of windings and drives the motor, a second inverter which is connected to a second end of each of the plurality of windings and selectively drives the motor according to a motor drive mode, and a controller which generates a current command for the motor according to a torque command and a voltage utilization rate control value, determines whether to perform linearization control for the current command based on a present counter magnetic flux of the motor and a switching reference counter magnetic flux for the motor drive mode, and adjusts the voltage utilization rate control value such that a value of the current command is linearized in a section in which the linearization control is performed.

摘要: A method and a system for diagnosing insufficiency of vehicle coolant includes a preparing step of checking whether the vehicle is in a stop state and is on flat ground. An operating step applies a predefined output to a coolant water pump when the vehicle is in the stop state and is on flat ground. A measuring step measures a rotation speed of an impeller of the coolant water pump for a period in which the predefined output is applied to the coolant water pump. A M determining step compares the measured rotation speed of the impeller of the coolant water pump with a reference speed to determine whether or not the coolant is insufficient.

摘要: A method of estimating a temperature of a permanent magnet in a motor that is capable of precisely estimating the temperature of a permanent magnet included in a motor and of preventing demagnetization of the magnet is provided. Specifically, the method of estimating a temperature of a permanent magnet in a motor is capable of deriving heat transfer coefficients through an analysis of an interrelation between a variation of permanent magnet temperature and a rotor loss per motor operating condition based on an actually measured value and constructing a heat model of the permanent magnet using the same to estimate the temperature of the permanent magnet, and accordingly, it is possible to precisely estimate real-time temperature of the permanent magnet based on the operational condition of the motor.
