Abstract: A method for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component using a reactor (50) offers technical advantages, wherein reaction heat produced in the reactor (50) is discharged via a boiling cooler (40) by supplying gaseous vapors produced in the reactor (50) to the boiling cooler (40). A product flow containing condensed vapors is returned to the reactor (50) from the boiling cooler (40) via a separation vessel (60), and an aqueous phase is separated from the product flow in the separation vessel (60). A system is provided for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component, comprising a reactor (50) and a boiling cooler (40) for discharging reaction heat produced in the reactor (50). A separation vessel (60) is arranged between the boiling cooler (40) and the reactor (50) such that a product flow containing condensed vapors is returned to the reactor (50) from the boiling cooler (40) via the separation vessel (60).

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a polymer from a first component and a second component by means of a reactor (50), wherein reaction heat in the reactor (50) is discharged via an evaporative cooler (40), wherein gaseous exhaust vapour in the reactor (50) is supplied to the evaporative cooler (40), and condensed exhaust vapour is guided from the evaporative cooler (40) back into the reactor (50). In this way, the first component and/or second component are supplied at least partially via the evaporative cooler (40) and moved from the evaporative cooler (40) into the reactor (50). The invention also relates to a system for producing a polymer, comprising a reactor (50) and an evaporative cooler (40) for discharging reaction heat in the reactor (50). In addition, the evaporative cooler (40) has at least one filling opening (46) for filling in the first and/or second component.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for polymerizing acrylates using a reactor (50). Reaction heat produced in the reactor (50) is discharged via a boiling cooler (40) in that gaseous vapors produced in the reactor (50) are supplied to the boiling cooler (40), and condensed vapors are returned to the reactor (50) from the boiling cooler (40). At least one component containing acrylate is at least partly added via the boiling cooler (40) and reaches the reactor (50) via the boiling cooler (40). The invention additionally relates to a system for polymerizing an acrylate, comprising a reactor (50) and a boiling cooler (40) for discharging reaction heat produced in the reactor (50). The boiling cooler (40) has at least one filling opening (46) for supplying at least one component containing acrylate.

Abstract: The invention relates to thermoplastic moulding materials based on acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene, comprising a SAN-polymer matrix and a graft copolymer, structured from an agglomerated butadiene rubber-graft base and a SAN-graft envelope. The agglomerated graft base has a bimodal particle size distribution of a fraction x) of non-agglomerated particles having a d50-value in the range from 80 to 120 nm and a fraction y) of agglomerated particles having a d50-value in the range from 350 to 550 nm and a polydispersity U of less than 0.28. The invention further relates to a method for producing the graft copolymer, wherein an acrylate copolymer having a polydispersity U of less than 0.27 and a d50-value of 100 to 150 nm is used for agglomeration. The invention further relates to the use of thermoplastic moulding materials for producing moulded parts.
