Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture to manage automotive radar coordination are disclosed. An example apparatus includes a resource manager to retrieve radar unit requirements, the radar unit requirements including at least one of a unit ID, current time information, vehicle position, and radar resource requirements, a resource multiplexer to perform at least one of time multiplexing and frequency multiplexing according to the radar resource requirements, and a resource hopper to at least perform one of frequency hopping and time hopping in response to detecting an amount of interference from other vehicles that exceeds an interference threshold.

Abstract: Methods and apparatus to implement compact time-frequency division multiplexing for MIMO radar are disclosed. An apparatus includes an antenna array controller to: transmit a first signal via a first transmitter of a radar antenna array, the first signal having a first duration and modulated across a first frequency range; and transmit a second signal via a second transmitter, the second signal having a second duration and modulated across a second frequency range, the first and second durations including an overlapping period of time, the first and second frequency ranges including an overlapping frequency range. The apparatus further includes a signal separation analyzer to: determine a first echo received at a receiver of the radar antenna array corresponds to the first signal; and determine a second echo received at the receiver corresponds to the second signal.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to improve Doppler velocity estimation. An example apparatus is disclosed including a transmitter to transmit a first sweep signal at a first position in a first block of time during a transmit time sequence pattern, and transmit a second sweep signal at a second position in a second block of time during the transmit time sequence pattern, the second position different than the first position. The example apparatus also includes a velocity analyzer to determine a velocity and a direction of arrival of a target object identified during the transmit time sequence pattern.

Abstract: According to various embodiments, a radar device is described comprising a processor configured to generate a scene comprising an object based on a plurality of receive wireless signals, generate a ground truth object parameter of the object and generate a dataset representative of the scene and a radar detector configured to determine an object parameter of the object using a machine learning algorithm and the dataset, determine an error value of the machine learning algorithm using a cost function, the object parameter, and the ground truth object parameter and adjust the machine learning algorithm values to reduce the error value.
