    Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods are disclosed for determining one or more clear channel assessment occasions. Techniques include performing one or more clear channel assessment (CCA) processes on a channel during the one or more CCA occasions to determine whether the channel is available at the one or more CCA occasion based on the one or more CCA processes. Techniques include sending the UL transmission in one or more UL subframes via the channel on at least a condition that the channel is determined to be available at the one or more CCA occasions. Techniques include performing the one or more CCA processes on the channel during another of the one or more CCA occasions on at least a condition that the channel is determined to be unavailable at a previous CCA occasion.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described herein for selective one-shot hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) feedback by priority level. For example, a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may determine a priority associated with each transport block (TB). The each TB may correspond to respective HARQ processes associated with downlink transmissions from a base station (BS). The WTRU may receive, from the BS, a request for the one-shot HARQ feedback with an indication of a priority selected for the one-shot HARQ feedback. The WTRU may generate a HARQ codebook for transmission of the one-shot feedback. The HARQ codebook may comprise one or more information bits corresponding to one or more TBs determined based on the indicated priority. The WTRU may determine, based on a number of the one or more information bits, a transmission power and transmit, at the transmission power, the one-shot feedback comprising the generated HARQ codebook.

    Abstract: A method and WTRU for resource re-allocation is disclosed. A WTRU may be configured to receive a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI) and receive fallback configuration information. The WTRU may be configured to receive an indication.     Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for reducing control signaling in uplink transmissions. A device, such as a wireless transmit/receive unit, may determine to use a demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) transmission schedule out of a plurality of DM-RS transmission schedules. The DM-RS transmission schedule may be characterized by a DM-RS transmission being mapped to a single orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol per subframe of a data stream. The DM-RS transmission schedule may be characterized by a DM-RS transmission being mapped to a first subset of subcarriers of an OFDM symbol of a subframe of a data stream and Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission or Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) control information being mapped to a second set of subcarriers of the OFDM symbol. The first set of subcarriers may be different than the second set of subcarriers. The data stream may be transmitted according to the DM-RS transmission schedule.

    Abstract: A method and system for flexible resource control for a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) is disclosed. The WTRU may monitor a first control channel region and receive a first control channel transmission in the first control region indicating boundaries of a plurality of numerology blocks of a carrier. The WTRU may then receive a second control channel transmission in a second control channel of a second control region, wherein the second control channel transmission indicates one or more numerology parameters for at least one of the plurality of numerology blocks.     Abstract: A WTRU is configured to receive information to transmit uplink data indicating a first number of nominal repetitions and a first number of symbols for transmission in each of the first number of nominal repetitions. The WTRU is configured to determine a set of symbols associated with a first nominal repetition of the first number of nominal repetitions and is configured to transmit, based on the set of symbols associated with the first nominal repetition, a second number of actual repetitions in symbols associated with the first nominal repetition. The second number of actual repetitions and the symbols used to transmit the second number of actual repetitions are based on an occurrence of an event during the set of symbols associated with the first nominal repetition. The second number of actual repetitions is determined based on whether the event is a COT and the COT is initiated by the WTRU.
