摘要： An interactive display system is provided including a support frame having a vertical positioning element that counterbalances the weight of an attached interactive display, for example a touch-sensitive display. The support frame optionally includes a power supply increasing the range of mobility of the interactive display system by eliminating the need for power cord and power outlet connections. One exemplary support frame for an interactive display includes a base element, at least one support extending vertically from the base element, and a positioning element housed within the at least one support. The positioning element counterbalances the weight of the interactive display allowing vertical repositioning of the interactive display with a force of less than about 25 pounds.

摘要： The present invention includes interactive communication systems that incorporate several beneficial embodiments including an interactive tray system, an electronic presentation messaging system, an interactive podium, and a key drive system. The interactive tray system enables a single, transferable interactive unit to be fastened to a communication medium, turning into a fully interactive medium. The electronic presentation messaging system enables the e-mailing of presentations and notes to and from components of the interactive communication system. The interactive podium increases conventional podium mobility, enabling both the presenter, and podium, to move and be moved about the room without attention to wired connections. The key drive system replaces the conventional Y-connector of the key drive technology by effectively integrating the key drive in the device, thus only having one connector, and eliminating the need to change connectors from the key drive, to the USB connector, upon software driver loading.

摘要： Systems, methods, and software are described for benchmarking the location determination capabilities of a wireless communications network. A mobile communications device is configured to receive data identifying a reference location for the device. A communications network, communicatively coupled with the mobile communications device, calculates a computed location for the device using an alternative location determination technique. The reference location and computed location may be determined for any number of additional devices, as well. The accuracy and reliability of a system may then be assessed by comparing one or more computed locations with associated reference locations. The latency attributable to the calculation of one or more computed locations may also be determined.

摘要： A method, system and infrastructure that allow an application to run with specified versions of assemblies bound thereto, while allowing the application author, assembly publisher and/or an administrator to change the originally-specified version as desired. Each assembly may exist and run side-by-side on the system with other versions of the same assembly being used by other applications. An application manifest specifies any desired assembly versions, which may be redirected to another version (overridden) by an application configuration. A publisher configuration provided by an assembly publisher can similarly override the specified version. Lastly, an administrator configuration is capable of overriding other configuration versioning information. A table built from the manifest and any configuration redirection may be accessed during execution to quickly locate the appropriate version. The various configuration data structures themselves may be wrapped as assemblies, thereby enabling versioning of configurations.
