    摘要: A suction muffler in a reciprocating compressor is installed over a suction valve to attenuate complex sound pressure (noise) such as vibrational noise, valve sonance, flowing noise and pulsative noise produced from the suction valve when low temperature, low pressure refrigerant gas ejected from an evaporator is sucked into a cylinder via the suction valve and a suction portion of the cylinder. A Tesla valve having two distribution paths is mounted in the suction muffler to attenuate the complex sound pressure (noise) while preventing the reflow of the refrigerant gas into the suction muffler from the suction valve. As a result, the Tesla valve also enhances the cooling ability of the compressor and the attenuation effect.

    摘要: The invention relates to a crank shaft having a guide groove allowing the movement of a crank pin so as to adjust the reciprocating distance of a piston according to the rotating direction. The crank shaft comprises a rotation shaft for inducing the rotating movement; and a crank arm connected to the rotation shaft at the center and having at one side a guide groove provided horizontal in the radial direction for allowing free movement of a crank pin and elastic means provided within the guide groove to enhance the performance of sucking and compressing fluid.Accordingly, smooth and soft compression is enabled to prevent the overpressure loss. Also, the sucking performance is improved by using additional retreat due to the elastic means.

    摘要: Disclosed is an exhaust valve capable of correctly opening/shutting an exhaust port of a cylinder based upon variation of the flux density of an electromagnet. The inventive exhaust valve may comprise a guide connected in parallel to an exhaust port of a cylinder, a needle valve provided inside the guide for opening/shutting the exhaust port while moving in cooperation with the guide. The needle valve may be controlled with an electromagnet. The invention enables complete opening of the exhaust port of the cylinder in exhaustion thereby preventing degradation of compression efficiency due to valve damage while reducing generation of vibration and noise.

    摘要: Disclosed is a valve plate structure comprising: a suction valve for inhaling a low pressure of coolant through a linear reciprocating movement of a piston and an opening and closing operation in response to the back-and-forth movement; a valve plate coupled with the suction valve, and including a suction port for inducing the low pressure of coolant through the piston movement, a discharging port for discharging a high pressure of coolant through piston movement and a groove section having a plurality of cavities provided to surround the outside of the suction port or the discharging port; a discharging valve coupled with the valve plate for discharging the high pressure coolant through the back-and-forth movement of the piston and the opening/shutting operation in response to the back-and-forth movement; and a head cover coupled with the discharging valve, and including a suction tube formed at a position corresponding to the suction port of the valve plate and a discharging tube formed at a position corresponding to the discharge port of the valve plate. The grooves formed of the plurality of cavities can damp vibration and noise having wide bands of frequency and amplitude generated from collision between the valve plate and the suction and discharging valves.

    摘要: Disclosed is a muffler in which a helicoil member is installed in each conduit, through which refrigerant gas flows from or into an expansion chamber during reciprocating movements of a piston in a cylinder. The helicoil member has diverse twisted angles and diverse twisted shapes, and serves to divide pulsation of noise, generated during the reciprocating movements of the piston, into pulsation of different phases, and then to merge the divided pulsation together, while allowing the refrigerant gas to have the form of a vortex flow. As pulsation of noise generated during an operation of sucking refrigerant gas pass along different travel paths defined by the helicoil member, a mutual interference occurs between the pulsation respectively emerging from the travel paths of the helicoil member. Therefore, an increased offset effect for the pulsation of noise is obtained, which maximizes a noise attenuation effect. It is also possible to prevent refrigerant gas from flowing reversal due to a counter pressure gradient occurring during the reciprocating movements of the piston. Accordingly, enhanced compressor efficiency is obtained.

The light emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode including an outer surface, and at least one active organic semiconductor disposed between the first and second electrodes.
