Abstract:
A method for monitoring cutting-tool abrasion of a machine tool includes the steps of: defining a tolerance range of abrasion of a cutting tool; collecting loading data of the cutting tool at every continuous machining sections; extracting actual-cutting loading data from all the loading data; calculating coefficients of fitting lines of the loading data for individual machining sections according to the actual-cutting loading data; comparing the abrasion of the cutting tool according to the tolerance range and the fitted lines; and, if an outranged result occurs, issuing an alert message to adjust or to replace the cutting tool.
Abstract:
The disclosure provides a composition and method for isolating nucleic acids, in which the composition includes at least one halocarbon, at least one salt and at least one surfactant. Mixing the composition and a biosample to form a homogenized solution, nucleic acids in the solution can be easily isolated with a simple treatment and good yield.
Abstract:
A method of identifying a target biological material by using captures and probes. Each capture is specific for a kind of target. Each probe is designed to distinguish the type of the target. The captures and probes are each labeled with one or more detectable labels.
Abstract:
A scattering measurement system is provided, including: a light source generator for generating a detection light beam with discontinuous multi-wavelengths, and generating a multi-order diffraction light beam with three-dimensional feature information when the detection light beam is incident on an object; a detector having a photosensitive array for receiving and converting the multi-order diffraction light beam into multi-order diffraction signals with the three-dimensional feature information; and a processing module for receiving the multi-order diffraction signals and comparing the multi-order diffraction signals with multi-order diffraction feature patterns in a database so as to analyze the three-dimensional feature information of the object.
