Abstract: A wireless communication device, method and product. The device includes a memory and processing circuitry coupled to the memory. The processing circuitry comprises logic and is configured to: process a time synchronization function (TSF) information element (IE) from an access point (AP), the TSF IE including information on a plurality of transmit opportunity (TXOP) slots in a frequency domain and in a time domain, the TXOP slots indicating respective narrowband channels of a wideband channel in the frequency domain for communication with the device; generate a data frame based on the TSF IE; and cause transmission of the data frame over a subset of the TXOP slots, the subset being aggregated over at least one of the frequency domain and the time domain.

Abstract: This disclosure describes methods, apparatus, and systems related to resource pre-allocation and opportunistic full-duplex downlink transmissions for wireless communication. A device may determine a wireless communication sub-channel for uplink transmissions. The device may cause to send a full-duplex trigger frame including resource pre-allocation instructions for the sub-channel. The device may receive an uplink frame on the sub-channel. The device may receive first downlink data. The device may determine if an estimated downlink transmission time is less than an estimated residual uplink transmission time. The device may cause to send the first downlink data upon determining that the estimated downlink transmission time is not less than the estimated residual uplink transmission time. The device may cause to send the first downlink data and second downlink data upon determining that the estimated downlink transmission time is less than the estimated residual uplink transmission time.

The processing circuitry is configured to execute logic stored in the memory to cause a power-constrained Neighbor Awareness Networking (NAN) Device (PD NAN Device) within a NAN Cluster to transition to a non-synchronization-frame (non-Sync-frame) mode based on a triggering event including at least one of: reception, by a NAN layer of the PD NAN Device, of transition instructions from a Service/Application layer of the PD NAN Device; or reception by the PD NAN Device of a management frame from a non-power-constrained NAN Device (non-PD NAN Device), the management frame including information on the PD NAN Device transitioning to a non-Sync-frame transmitter mode.

Abstract: The disclosure generally relates to a method, system and apparatus to communicate in a neighbor awareness network (NAN) cluster. In an exemplary embodiment, the disclosure provides dynamic wakeup frequency in one or more mobile devices in a NAN cluster of mobile devices. The dynamic wakeup frequency may include additional device awake times in between consecutive NAN discovery windows (DWs). The additional awake periods may be prompted by a layer higher than the NAN/MAC layer. The additional awake periods may be prompted by the NAN/MAC layer itself in response to observing a larger volume of messages exchanged between the mobile device and other devices in the NAN cluster.
