摘要: A torsional vibration damper for a piston-equipped bridging clutch of a hydrodynamic clutch device includes a drive-side transmitting element for at least one damping unit, which is in working connection by way of a transmitting element on the power takeoff-side with a power takeoff component assigned to it, where at least one angle of rotation limiter is assigned to the damping unit. At least one projection is provided on one of the transmitting elements, this projection extending toward the other transmitting element and engaging in an assigned recess in the other transmitting element with predetermined play in the axial direction to form an angle of rotation limiter, where the recess is provided with an appropriate circumferential dimension for the projection to ensure the possibility of a predetermined relative deflection between the two transmitting elements.

摘要: A torsional vibration damper on the bridging clutch of a hydrodynamic clutch arrangement has a first connecting device, which can be brought into working connection with the clutch housing and with a drive-side transmission element. The drive-side transmission element is connected via first energy-storage devices to an intermediate transmission element. The torsional vibration damper also has a second connecting device for establishing a working connection via second energy-storage devices between the intermediate transmission element and a takeoff-side transmission element, which is connected to a takeoff-side component of the hydrodynamic clutch arrangement. The intermediate transmission element accepts a mass element, located operatively between the two connecting devices.

摘要: To create an additional steering angle for a vehicle, an actuator having a microprocessor-controlled electric motor functioning as the drive and a gear driven by said electric motor, is used to apply to the wheels the additional steering angle at the vehicle axle. The gear is a known constant-pitch planetary rolling-contact threaded-spindle gear (constant-pitch PRCTS gear) (12), consisting of a spindle rod (16), a spindle nut (14) surrounding the former, and a number of interposed rollers or rolling elements (18) with a groove profile (19) matching the thread (17) of the spindle rod (16). The rollers or rolling elements (18) are run on a number of guide rings (20) and interposed bearings (20), and placed at a fixed predetermined distance relative to the spindle nut (14) and to one another. The spindle rod (16) concurrently functions as the axis of the electric motor and is placed inside an electric motor rotor (9′). The constant-pitch PRCTS gear (12) furthermore has assigned sensor means with control-engineering type feedback to determine the position of the spindle rod (12).

摘要: A hydrodynamic clutch device has at least one pump wheel, connected to a drive by way of a clutch housing, and a turbine wheel, connected to a takeoff, to form a hydrodynamic circuit. The device also has a bridging clutch with at least one piston, which can shift between a released position and an engaged position, and at least one friction surface acting between this piston and an adjacent support to connect the drive to the takeoff. When the piston is in the released position, the bridging clutch allows the hydrodynamic circuit to be used to transmit at least most of the torque between the drive and takeoff, whereas, when the piston is in the engaged position, the bridging clutch produces a bypass around the hydrodynamic circuit for the transmission of torque. The barrier clutch cooperates with at least one pressure barrier installed between the hydrodynamic circuit and the pressure space. This separation more-or-less completely prevents the exchange of clutch fluid between the hydrodynamic circuit and the pressure space, regardless of the instantaneous position of the piston between its released position and its engaged position and thus regardless of the shift status of the bridging clutch.

On at least one of the two converter components, a pump device acting in either the friction area or in the opposing friction area is present, which, as a result of its geometric shape, has the effect of building up a pressure gradient, by means of which a forced flow of hydraulic fluid through at least one predetermined section of the friction area and/or of the opposing friction area is produced.

摘要: A hydrodynamic clutch device includes a clutch housing connected to a drive, a pump wheel connected to the clutch housing, and a turbine wheel connected to a takeoff, the turbine wheel and the pump wheel forming a hydrodynamic circuit. A bridging clutch which is essentially surrounded by the hydrodynamic circuit includes a piston and at least one friction surface which can be acted on by the piston to connect the drive to the takeoff independently of the hydrodynamic circuit, the piston having one surface facing the hydrodynamic circuit and an opposite surface facing a pressure space. A pressure circuit includes a first pressure medium line to supply the hydrodynamic circuit with clutch fluid and a second pressure medium line to supply the pressure space with clutch fluid. A seal at least reduces the exchange of fluid between the hydrodynamic circuit and the pressure space, and a throttle allows a defined exchange of fluid between the hydrodynamic circuit and the pressure space.

摘要: A clutch arrangement for a motor vehicle has a clutch housing that is filled with pumped medium in the form of fluid, a first friction element being rotatable in common with the clutch housing. Further, a second friction element is provided which is rotatable in common with a driven member and which can be brought into an operative connection with the at least one first friction element for producing a frictional interaction. At least one first friction element and at least one second friction element are each provided with a support component that can be provided for receiving at least one friction lining. The support components have support component segments which are arranged successively in circumferential direction and which are provided at a circumference-side terminating edge, respectively, with fluid delivery surfaces for generating a fluid circulation and are constructed in the form of friction lining segments to produce the frictional interaction with friction linings. The fluid delivery surfaces adjoin a cutout of the support component in each instance.
