    摘要: Methods are presented wherein a WTRU may determine, based on measurements, that it is a victim of interference from another cell such a closed subscriber group (CSG) cell. In addition, methods are presented for the UE to inform the CSG cell that UE is present and is a victim UE. Methods for informing the CSG cell may include the grant of temporary membership to a victim UE, the use of a connected WTRU as a relay, and/or indicating victim status in a control message. The indication may trigger an interference management procedure. Methods for the WTRU to stop interference management at the CSG cell, methods to allow the use of a training period by the CSG eNB to allow for non-CSG WTRUs to report their presence, and methods to indicate how to perform UE Victim Indication are also presented.

    摘要: Embodiments contemplate a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) that may operate in a heterogeneous wireless communication network (HetNet). The WTRU may detect the presence of an extended physical downlink control channel (E-PDCCH) and may decode a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) upon detecting the E-PDCCH. The WTRU may obtain scheduling information of the E-PDCCH on a physical downlink shared control channel (PDSCH) from the decoded PDCCH. The WTRU may also determine control information for the WTRU from the E-PDCCH using the scheduling information of the E-PDCCH. The HetNet may further include a first eNB and a second eNB and the WTRU may receive the E-PDCCH from the first eNB and another E-PDCCH from the second eNB. The other E-PDCCH may be coordinated with the E-PDCCH such that the interference between the other E-PDCCH and the E-PDCCH from the perspective of the WTRU may be reduced relative to no coordination.

    摘要: A method and apparatus are described for obtaining port index information. In one scenario, downlink (DL) control information (DCI) is received that includes new data indicator (NDI). The NDI has a value indicating an antenna port for single-port transmission. In response to receiving the DCI, a single-port transmission associated with the indicated antenna port is received. The NDI may be associated with a disabled codeword and the DCI may include a second NDI. The DCI may be received over a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The DCI may include a resource block (RB) assignment information field (IF), a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process identity (ID) IF, a transmit power control (TPC) IF and, for each of a plurality of transport blocks, a modulation and coding scheme (MCS), an NDI and a redundancy version (RV).
