摘要： To provide a surface protective agent composition that suppresses corrosion of members of different kinds of metals close to each other due to corrosion current between the metals of the members, and to provide an electric connection structure and a method for producing an electric connection structure using the same. The surface protective agent composition contains (a) a lubricant base oil; (b) a prescribed amount of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of particular phosphorus compounds and a metal salt or an amine salt thereof; and (c) a prescribed amount of an amide compound, and in the case where the component (b) does not contain the metal salt of the phosphorus compound, the surface protective agent composition further contains (d) a prescribed amount of a salicylate of a particular metal and/or a basic (or perbasic) salt thereof, and the electric connection structure containing a surface protective layer consisting of the surface protective agent composition.

摘要： An electrical connection structure includes: a first metal member including copper or a copper alloy, a plated tin layer being formed on at least a portion of the first metal member; a second metal member that is electrically connected or connectable to the first metal member; and a surface treating layer formed on the surface of the first metal member. The surface treating layer is formed by applying a surface treating agent containing base oil and a metal affinity compound having a lipophilic group and an affinity group that has an affinity for metal. The metal affinity compound contains an adduct between an acidic alkyl phosphate ester and an azole compound and an adduct between an acidic alkyl phosphate ester and a metal and/or an organic amine compound.

摘要： A metal surface coating composition and a terminal-fitted electric wire which is anti-corrosion treated with the composition are provided. The composition includes a high-consistency material containing a lubricant base oil and an amide compound, a composition of a phosphorus compound containing one or more compounds represented by the below formulae and a metal, and a nucleating agent: where X1 to X7 each represent an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom, R11 to R13 each represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, among which at least one is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and R14 to R16 each represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms among which at least one is a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms.

摘要： A terminated electric wire includes an electric wire that includes a core wire including a metal having an ionization tendency larger than that of copper and being exposed from an end portion of the electric wire, and a terminal that includes copper or a copper alloy and is connected to the exposed core wire. A surface treating layer includes a surface treating agent that is in liquid form or in paste form and whose molecular structure contains an affinity group having an affinity for the terminal and a hydrophobic group having hydrophobicity, and is formed on a surface of the terminal. As a result, the electrolytic corrosion resistance of the terminated electric wire is improved.

摘要： A terminal-equipped wire (X) includes a wire (10) with a core (11) covered by with insulation coating (12). A terminal (20) including a wire barrel (23) is crimped onto the core (11) exposed at an end of the wire (10). An anticorrosive (35) is attached to cover the crimped wire barrel (23). The wire barrel (23) has barrel pieces (23B) extending from side edges of a bottom plate. The core (11) is placed on the bottom plate so that a tip of the core (11) is retracted rearwardly of front edges of the barrel pieces (23B) and the barrel pieces (23B) are crimped to embrace the core (11) while extending ends of the barrel pieces (23B) butt against each other. A core confirmation opening (30) is formed in a front of the crimped wire barrel (23) by widening an interval between corresponding butting parts of the barrel pieces (23B).
