摘要: To provide a surface protective agent composition that suppresses corrosion of members of different kinds of metals close to each other due to corrosion current between the metals of the members, and to provide an electric connection structure and a method for producing an electric connection structure using the same. The surface protective agent composition contains (a) a lubricant base oil; (b) a prescribed amount of at least one compound selected from the group consisting of particular phosphorus compounds and a metal salt or an amine salt thereof; and (c) a prescribed amount of an amide compound, and in the case where the component (b) does not contain the metal salt of the phosphorus compound, the surface protective agent composition further contains (d) a prescribed amount of a salicylate of a particular metal and/or a basic (or perbasic) salt thereof, and the electric connection structure containing a surface protective layer consisting of the surface protective agent composition.

摘要: Provided are a surface protection composition which has excellent anticorrosion performance to prevent the metal corrosion, and also has excellent coating properties and heat resistance with suppressing cracks from being occurred even in a cold environment and maintaining anticorrosion performance, and a terminal-fitted electric wire using these.
The present protection composition contains: (a) a phosphorus compound represented by the following general formula (1) in an amount of 0.1 to 10 mass % in terms of phosphorus element with respect to the total amount of the composition; (b) a metal-containing compound in an amount of 0.1 to 10 mass % in terms of the metal element with respect to the total amount of the composition or an amine compound in an amount of 0.1 to 5.0 mass % in terms of nitrogen element with respect to the total amount of the composition; (c) a (meth) acrylate having two or more carbon-carbon double bonds and hydrocarbon chains having four or more carbon atoms in an amount of 1.0 to 70 mass % with respect to the total amount of the composition; (d) a mono (meth) acrylate having a hydrocarbon chain having seven or more carbon atoms in an amount of 1.0 to 80 mass % with respect to the total amount of the composition; and (e) at least one of a photopolymerization initiator and a thermal polymerization initiator in an amount of 0.1 to 10 mass % with respect to the total amount of the composition.
In the above-presented general formula (1), R1 represents a hydrogen atom, R2 represents a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms, and R3 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms.-

摘要: An electrical connection structure includes: a first metal member including copper or a copper alloy, a plated tin layer being formed on at least a portion of the first metal member; a second metal member that is electrically connected or connectable to the first metal member; and a surface treating layer formed on the surface of the first metal member. The surface treating layer is formed by applying a surface treating agent containing base oil and a metal affinity compound having a lipophilic group and an affinity group that has an affinity for metal. The metal affinity compound contains an adduct between an acidic alkyl phosphate ester and an azole compound and an adduct between an acidic alkyl phosphate ester and a metal and/or an organic amine compound.

摘要: An anticorrosive agent including: a high-consistency material having a lubricant base oil and an amide compound, a composition of a phosphorus compound comprising one or more compounds represented by the general formulae (1) and (2) and a metal, and at least one kind of resin selected from a rosin-based resin, a terpene resin, a terpene phenol resin, a phenol resin, a coumarone-indene resin, and a petroleum resin, wherein a mass ratio of the high-consistency material and the composition is within a range of 50:50 to 98:2, and a content of resin is 2 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the total of the high-consistency material and the composition.

摘要: A terminated electric wire includes an electric wire that includes a core wire including a metal having an ionization tendency larger than that of copper and being exposed from an end portion of the electric wire, and a terminal that includes copper or a copper alloy and is connected to the exposed core wire. A surface treating layer includes a surface treating agent that is in liquid form or in paste form and whose molecular structure contains an affinity group having an affinity for the terminal and a hydrophobic group having hydrophobicity, and is formed on a surface of the terminal. As a result, the electrolytic corrosion resistance of the terminated electric wire is improved.

The fusible wire is made of a conductor that has a melting point lower than that of copper, and has a fusing current value that is higher than that of the fuse. The fuse member is connected in series to the battery control unit.
