摘要: A filament type nano-sized lone fiber and a method of producing the same are disclosed. In the method, a spinning solution or a spinning melt is electro-spun in drops using a spinneret to which a critical voltage is applied, and the spun drops are continuously collected on a multi-collector. The spinning solution is produced dissolving a blend or copolymer consisting of two or more kinds of polymers in a solvent. The spinning melt is produced by melting the polymers. The multi-collector is selected from the group consisting of a plate type collector, a roll type collector, and a combination thereof. The filament type nano-sized long fiber is processed into a yarn through one step during the electrospinning process, and thus, mechanical properties are better than those of conventional nanofiber non-woven fabric. Consequently, the filament type nano-sized long fiber can be utilized for the extended application.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for enhancing an image edge. An edge filter is applied to a photographed image, and the determination is performed with respect to whether pixels having edge possibility are noise or form an edge. The determination for the noise and the edge is performed once more with respect to pixels having vagueness for the noise and the edge by using a 3×3 mask. An edge enhancement process is performed through a simple algorithm.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of enhancing contrast of an image by using a Bezier curve. Histogram distribution is calculated based on an image that has been photographed or read out from a storage medium, the type of the image is determined according to the contrast state of the image, the movement directions of control points of a 3-D Bezier curve is determined according to the type of the image, and the movement distances of the control points of the 3-D Bezier curve are calculated based on the number of luminance values of the histogram distribution. Two control points of the 3-D Bezier curve are moved based on the movement directions and the movement distances of the control points, and the 3-D Bezier curve is created by using the two moved control points and two fixed control points. The contrast of the image is enhanced by applying the Bezier curve.

摘要: The present invention discloses an art for eliminating the dependency of the optical modulator on the polarization degree by using an orthogonal mode light which is a mixture of two lights that are perpendicular to each other in polarization direction as a light source. An optical communication system of the present invention comprises: a first optical generator and a second optical generator for generating a first single mode light and a second single mode light, respectively, wherein the first single mode light and the second single mode light are orthogonal and non-interfering with each other, and have the same wavelength; a mixing means for mixing the first single mode light and the second single mode light to output an orthogonal mode light; and an optical modulator for amplifying and modulating the orthogonal mode light after receiving the orthogonal mode light through an optical fiber so as to produce a constantly amplified optical signal regardless of a deflection degree of the orthogonal mode light.

摘要: A method and apparatus for authoring an architecture for transforming a single-core based embedded software application to a multi-core based embedded software application, and a method of determining an architectural pattern in a multimedia system. It is possible to perform an architecture authoring operation by using an architectural decision supporter, without prior knowledge and accumulated knowledge regarding a software architecture. Additionally, it is possible to prevent an error from occurring during authoring of an architecture, by using a concurrency-related software architectural pattern that is already evaluated. Thus, it is possible to improve overall quality of software, and to reduce a development time.

摘要: Provided is a method of controlling adaptive auto exposure. In the method, a digital photograph captured from an object and a background is divided into an object region where the object is mainly located and a background region where the background is mainly located. Average luminances of the object and background regions are calculated, and a luminance difference between the average luminances of the object and background regions is calculated. If the luminance difference is within a predetermined range, an average luminance of the entire photograph is calculated by applying a weight to the average luminance of the object region, and exposure is controlled based on the calculated average luminance of the entire photograph so as to emphasize the object region.
