摘要： An ink-jet image forming apparatus. The ink-jet image forming apparatus includes a print head having a plurality of nozzles to eject ink, an ink tank to store the ink, an ink supply passage to supply the ink in the ink tank to the print head, an ink return passage to return the ink in the print head to the ink tank, a regulator mounted in the ink supply passage to regulate ink flow supplied to the print head, a shut-off valve mounted in the ink supply passage, between the ink tank and the regulator, to intercept ink flow supplied to the regulator, and an ink pump mounted in the ink return passage to forcedly flow the ink in the ink return passage. The ink pump is configured to be driven in forward and reverse directions so as to change an ink flow direction. Since the shut-off valve intercepts forcedly the ink flow in the ink supply passage, the ink in the ink tank is prevented from flowing abnormally to the print head and leaking from the print head.

摘要： An ink jet image forming apparatus, which is improved in a structure of an ink supply device so as to minimize an influence due to a pressure loss generated in an ink flow passage, is provided. The ink jet image forming apparatus includes a print head to eject an ink to a printing medium, an ink tank to store the ink, an ink circulation passage through which the ink circulates between the ink tank and the print head, a pressure controller which has an ink storage unit communicating with the ink circulation passage and an air storage unit communicating with external air, a valve mounted in the ink circulation passage between the ink tank and the pressure controller, a pump mounted in the ink circulation passage and pumps the ink, and a control unit to control operations of the valve and the pump.

摘要： An image forming apparatus is configured to include an ink supply device with an ink flow path to a print head to eject ink toward a printing medium and a flow regulating valve for the ink flow path. The flow regulating valve to perform opening/closing operations according to at least the ejection amount of ink from a print head. The ink supply device includes a body, which has an ink discharge path coupled to the print head, a first chamber coupled to the ink discharge path, an ink introduction path coupled to the ink tank, a second chamber coupled to the ink introduction path, and a connecting path to coupled the first and second chambers to each other. The flow regulating valve is configured to open or close the connecting path, and a valve drive unit is configured to operate the flow regulating valve.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a photoresist composition suitable for coating onto a large substrate and having improved coating uniformity to prevent occurrence of stains, a coating method thereof, a method of forming an organic film pattern using the same, and a display device fabricated thereby. The present invention thus provides a photoresist composition comprising a polymeric resin with an incorporated polysiloxane resin, a photosensitive compound, and an organic solvent. Accordingly, the photoresist composition can be coated onto a large substrate by a spinless coating method, and thereby coating uniformity can be improved, the occurrence of stains such as cumulous stains and resin streaks can be prevented, and the coating rate and quality of a final product prepared using the photoresist composition can also thereby be enhanced.

The method includes turning on the second switch to start charging of the capacitor, turning on the first switch to charge the capacitor to a target voltage level, and turning off both the first switch and second switch if a voltage across the capacitor rises over the target voltage level, to discharge the voltage across the capacitor so as to lower the voltage across the capacitor to the target voltage level or lower.
