A read module (8) converts the electric signal into a signal usable by an image processing block (18). An electric signal compensation module (10) having a first branch (12) for obtaining a first thresholding to extract a first constant value signal due to the polarization of the heat detectors. The compensation module (10) includes a second branch (30) for obtaining a second thresholding to extract from the first thresholding signal a second low-level signal due to the dispersion of the electric resistances of the heat detectors and/or to the fluctuations in the temperature of the focal plane of the detection module.

    摘要: A matrix microelectronic device includes elementary cells laid out according to a matrix. Each cell has a current source formed by a current source transistor. A source electrode of the transistor is connected to a source biasing conductor line of a plurality of source biasing conductor lines. A gate electrode of the transistor is connected to a gate biasing conductor line of a plurality of gate biasing conductor lines. A biasing device biases the gate biasing conductor lines and includes at least one first connection line that is connected to at least several of the gate biasing conductor lines. The biasing device includes a voltage generator or a current generator that causes a variation of potentials along the first connection line, thereby compensating a corresponding variation of potentials along the source biasing conductor lines. The device can include an addressing circuit for addressing horizontal lines or rows of the matrix.

    摘要: A method and a device for taking digital images in which the exposure time of the object to X or .gamma. rays is controlled and optimized in a way that produces, with each taking of an image, a non-saturated image and minimizes the dose of radiation necessary to produce this image. The device includes at least one image sensor having measurement pixels and pixels. The measurement pixels measure a current representative of a dose of radiation received by the object, and the image pixels are used to form the digital image. The dose of radiation measured by the measurement pixels is compared to a guide-line value, and when this dose measurement reaches the guide-line value the collection of the electrical charge by the image pixels is stopped. The stopping of the collection of the electrical charges is performed without stopping the radiation emission.
