Abstract:
A thread or other element for bonding fibers in a fibrous reinforcement for use in a fiber composite is such that it is at least degraded in the course of the production of said fiber composite.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a rubber mixture, in particular for the inner liner of pneumatic vehicle tires. Furthermore, the invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire with an inner liner which is based on such a rubber mixture. For reduced plasticizer diffusion along with good compressive and tensile properties, the rubber mixture contains a) 50-100 parts by weight of at least one halobutyl rubber, b) up to a maximum of 50 parts by weight of at least one further rubber, selected from the group comprising butyl rubber, polybutadiene, styrene-butadiene copolymer, 3,4-polyisoprene, cis-1,4-polyisoprene, natural rubber, styrene-isoprene copolymer and styrene-isoprene-butadiene terpolymer, the parts by weight of a) and b) adding up to 100, c) 5-45 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of a) and b), of at least one polyisobutylene with a weight-average molecular weight Mw of over 400 000 g/mol and d) 10-120 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of a) and b), of at least one carbon black.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a vehicle tire, especially utility vehicle tire, comprising a tread which has a tread cap (9) and a tread base (8), both produced from a rubber mixture, and a multilayer ply structure (3, 4, 5, 6) with at least one undertread strip (7, 7′) covering the ply edges and separating the same from the tread base, said undertread strip being likewise produced from a rubber mixture. The aim of the invention is to reduce temperature and heat build-up in the area of the ply edges. For this purpose, the tread base (8) has a heat conductivity that is by at least 20% higher than that of the tread cap (9) and a heat conductivity that is by at least 10% higher than that of the one or more undertread strips (7, 7′), and the tread base (8) contains at least 25 phr of acetylene black.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a pneumatic vehicle tire for utility vehicles having a belt which has a plurality of belt layers and having a tread (1) with circumferential grooves (6, 7, 8) which run in the circumferential direction and divide the tread (1) into circumferential ribs (2). An envelope h which runs parallel to the periphery of the tread in the tread (1) and is in contact with the deepest circumferential groove or grooves from the radially inner side, defines, together with the periphery of the tread and the shoulder-side edge sections (5), a tread gross volume (V), wherein all the grooves (6,7,8) in the tread (1) define a groove volume (VR) between 5% and 28% of the tread gross volume (V), wherein three circumferential grooves (6,7,8) are provided which are arranged over the axial width of the tread (1) in such a way that the first circumferential groove (6) is arranged in the region of the one edge (10) of the widest belt layer, the second circumferential groove (7) is arranged in the region of the other edge (11) of the widest belt layer of the belt, and the third circumferential groove (8) is arranged between the first circumferential groove (6) and the second circumferential groove (7) in the tread (1), and wherein the first and second circumferential grooves (6, 7) each have a groove volume (VR1,2) between 1.25% and 7.00% of the tread gross volume (V), and the third circumferential groove (8) has a groove volume (VR3) of the first or of the second circumferential groove which is at least twice as large.
