摘要: Blends of 3 to 97 parts by weight of tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer containing 3 to 9 wt % hexafluoropropylene and 0 to 4 wt % of tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(ethyl vinyl ether) or tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether), with 97 to 3 parts by weight tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(ethyl vinyl ether) or tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(methyl vinyl ether), which co-crystallize are found to have improved melt strength and improved mechanical properties, and a higher service temperature than the tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer.

摘要: A method for producing an electrically conducting melt-processible fluoropolymer comprising pulverizing a composition of (a) carbon aggregate and (b) coagulum particles of aqueous dispersion polymerized melt-processible fluoropolymer, coating the coagulum particle with the disintegrated particles of carbon black. The preferred composition comprises a structured carbon black such as acetylene black and a melt processible fluoropolymer wherein said melt processible fluoropolymer has two crystallization peaks in a DSC cooling curve when allowed to crystallize from a temperature of not less than its melting point at a cooling rate of 12° C./min; and the ratio of the crystallization peak heights (high temperature side peak/low temperature side peak) is 0.65 or greater; and/or the ratio of the high temperature side crystallization peak area to the total area of the crystallization peaks [high temperature side peak area/(high temperature side peak area+low temperature side peak area)] is 0.18 or greater.

摘要: The present invention provides fluoropolymer laminates having isotropic properties. For example, an embodiment in which multiple fluoropolymer sheets having an liquid crystalline polymer oriented in the fibrous state in the melt processible fluoropolymer are laminated, despite having the fibrous LCP oriented in one direction in each single extruded sheet, makes it possible to laminate in such a way as to compensate for their orientation directions, the laminate thereby becoming isotropic as regards physical properties. The laminates also have low linear coefficient of expansion and low thermal shrinkage as well as elevated tensile modulus and low-dielectric constant.

摘要: The present invention provides fluoropolymer laminates having isotropic properties. 摘要: The present invention relates to a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition having excellent thermal conductivity, gas and chemical liquid barrier properties and dynamic properties such as storage modulus which comprises a heat-meltable fluoropolymer fine powder and a layered-compound organized by treatment with tetraphenyl phosphonium ions. The present invention also relates to a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition having similar properties to those mentioned above which is obtained by a process (I) in which a heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition is obtained by grinding and mixing a heat-meltable fluoropolymer fine powder and a layered-compound and a process (II) in which such heat-meltable fluoropolymer composite composition thus obtained is melted and mixed under shear stress by means of a melt-mixing extruder.

Ammonia, urea, nitrogen compounds that generate ammonia, and alkalis are preferred examples of the fluorine ion lowering compound. The present invention also offers a molded article formed from fetrafluoroethylene/perfluoro(alkylvinyl ether) that has a fluorine ion concentration of 1 ppm or less.
