摘要: The present invention provides a cylindrical magnetic levitation stage which includes a cylindrical substrate used to form micro-patterns of various arbitrary shapes on a large-area semiconductor substrate or display panel substrate, a cylindrical substrate, a combination of a first permanent magnet array and a first coil array and a combination of a first permanent magnet array and a first coil array, which are coupled to the cylindrical substrate, so that levitation, axial translation and rotation of the cylindrical substrate can be made finely through the control of a magnetic force generated by the interaction between a magnetic field generated by electric current applied to the coil arrays and a magnetic field generated from the permanent magnet arrays corresponding to the coil arrays.

摘要: Disclosed is a brushless generator with permanent magnets, which provides high-speed operation, simple maintenance, lightweight, and stable power. The brushless generator with permanent magnets including a main generator with a stator and a rotor; and an auxiliary generator having a stator made of a hollow stator core and a coil wound around the stator core, and a rotor made of a rotor core rotating within the stator core and a coil wound around the rotor core, where wedges and grooves are formed alternatively on the inner portion of the stator core of the auxiliary generator, and permanent magnets are embedded in the body of the grooves and the coil is wound around the body of the grooves. Accordingly, without the use of a brush, a rated load voltage is generated from the permanent magnets of the auxiliary generator, and voltage variations due to load variations are controlled by the windings of the auxiliary generator. Therefore, along with reduction in capacity of controller, high-speed operation and highly efficient operation become possible, small size and lightweight can be obtained, and maintenance can be simpler.

摘要: The present invention relates to a doubly salient permanent magnet electric machine that has a winding structure in which series-connected windings are included in the phase windings of a mover, and that has a stator implemented as an iron core having a plurality of permanent magnets and a plurality of stator salient poles neighboring the permanent magnets, thus reducing the number of permanent magnets by half. An electric machine is configured such that a mover moves while facing a stator and includes an N (a number of power phases) multiple number of teeth and phase windings wound around the teeth, and one or more pairs of phase windings of the mover mutually having a phase difference of 180° are connected in series, and the stator includes permanent magnets in depressions between individual stator salient poles of an iron core in which the stator salient poles are formed.
