    摘要: Disclosed herein is a golf ball having improved cut and shear resistance. Such gold balls comprise a core, an inner cover layer, and an outer cover layer, the outer cover layer being formed from a polyurea or poly(urea-co-urethane) comprising: 1) a polyurea prepolymer comprising: the reaction product of at least one first polyisocyanate, wherein the polyisocyanate has a reactivity greater than that of 4,4′-methylene bis(cyclohexyl) isocyanate and a functionality of 1.7 to 2.3, and at least one amine-terminated compound, wherein the amine-terminated compound is selected from the group consisting of amine-terminated hydrocarbons, amine-terminated polyethers, amine-terminated polyesters, amine-terminated polycaprolactones, amine-terminated polycarbonates, amine-terminated polyamides, and mixtures thereof; and at least one second polyisocyanate with a vapor pressure lower than 0.01 mm Hg at 20° C.; and 2) at least one curing agent comprising amine or hydroxyl functional curatives.

    摘要: A thermoset polyurethane composition having excellent impact and optical properties is prepared from a formulation comprising at least a prepolymer and a chain extender. The prepolymer includes an isocyanate component, containing 1,3-bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane and at least (20) percent by weight of 1,4-bis(isocyanatomethyl)cyclohexane, and an isocyanate-reactive component, containing hydroxyl, amine or thiol functionality. The isocyanate-reactive component includes from (70) to (95) percent by weight of a compound having a molecular weight from 150 to less than 950 Daltons, and from (5) to (30) percent by weight of a compound having a molecular weight from 2,000 to 4,500 Daltons. The chain extender is an aromatic, aliphatic, or cycloaliphatic polyamine compound containing at least one hydroxyl and/or thiol group. Articles that may be prepared include ophthalmic lenses, vehicle glazings, aircraft canopies, and the like.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a low voltage battery protector, interposed between a battery and a cable connected thereto, including: a main body having an upper end, a lower end substantially opposite to the upper end, and a frame connecting the upper end to the lower end. The frame further includes a mounting surface. The protector incudes a first contact extending from the top end; a supporting portion extending substantially perpendicularly from the mounting surface; a second contact assembled with the supporting portion. The second contact includes a connecting portion pivotally assembled with the supporting portion. Such a low voltage battery protector provides the user with great flexibility and convenience to choose an adaptive position to mount the protector, and provides the user with more space to mount the protector.
