    摘要: A method of sulfating a polysaccharide is provided. The method can include providing a reaction mixture comprising at least one O-sulfotransferase (OST) enzyme and 3′-phosphoadenosine 5′-phosphosulfate (PAPS); incubating a polysaccharide substrate with the reaction mixture, wherein production of the sulfated polysaccharide from the polysaccharide substrate is catalyzed by the OST enzyme with a conversion of the PAPS to adenosine 3′,5′-diphosphate (PAP); and providing a reaction condition which modifies PAP to reduce an inhibitory effect of PAP on the polysaccharide sulfation.

    摘要: Iduronic acid (IdoUA)-free heparan sulfate (HS)-like compounds are provided. Also provided are methods of synthesizing IdoUA-free HS-like compounds. The methods can include providing at least one O-sulfotransferase (OST) enzyme and a reaction mixture comprising 3′-phosphoadenosine 5′-phosphosulfate (PAPS); and incubating a polysaccharide substrate with the at least one OST and the reaction mixture, whereby the HS-like compounds are synthesized. Also disclosed are methods of synthesizing a library of HS-like compounds and methods of determining the mechanism of activity of HS-like compounds.

    摘要: This invention is involved with a preparation method of 2,6-dichlor-4-trifluoromethyl aniline. With this process, 4-chlorotrifluoromethyl benzene is used as the starting material and subjected to halogenation reaction and ammoniation reaction and through separation of reaction products the desired 2,6-dichlor-4-trifluoromethyl aniline is obtained. In addition, ammonia is recovered from the surplus ammonia water in ammoniation reaction. This applied invention in characterized by simple process, cheap and easy-available raw materials, high reaction yield and friendly environment.
