A method for multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) collaborative communication in a wireless communication system includes at least one user equipment and M base stations performing collaborative communication with the user equipment. Here, M is an integer that is greater than or equal to 2. The method includes the following processes for each user equipment: a first level of MIMO pre-coding process is performed for each base station to acquire each first level of pre-coding matrix corresponding to each base station; a second level to the X-th level of MIMO pre-coding process is performed sequentially to acquire the second level to the X-th level of pre-coding matrices of the corresponding base stations. Here, X is an integer that is greater than or equal to 2. A pre-coding device, a user equipment and a wireless communication system related to the method are also provided.

The invention provides a wireless communication system and a data transmission method thereof. The wireless communication system includes a base station, a mobile station and a relay station which is transparent to the mobile station. The method includes that: the base station receives a first signal sent from the mobile station, and decodes the first signal. When the result of the decoding is incorrect, the base station sends a response to the relay station for indicating that the decoding is incorrect, but it does not send a response to the mobile station for indicating that the decoding to be incorrect.

The method includes steps: a base station receives downlink channel directional information which is fed back by a mobile station during the feedback period, and determines the relation between an uplink channel directional information and the received downlink channel directional information; the base station also estimates the downlink channel directional information of non-feedback sub-frame by use of the relation, those non-feedback sub-frame are not fed back during the feedback period. This invention enhances the success rate of decoding the new data in primarily transmitted data and retransmitted data, and enhances system throughput.

The transmission resource assignment method for response signals according to the present invention includes the steps of: determining a list of mobile stations required to transmit response signals currently; determining the number of the response signals required to be transmitted by each mobile station; and assigning a frequency-domain sequence and a time-domain sequence for each mobile station to transmit the response signals; wherein for multiple mobile stations assigned with the same frequency-domain sequence, the time-domain sequence assigned to the mobile station required to transmit multiple response signal groups is divided into multiple subsequences to be used to transmit the multiple response signal groups of the mobile station respectively; and parts of the time-domain sequences of different mobile stations corresponding to the multiple subsequences are orthogonal to each other respectively.
