摘要： A liquid-crystal display includes a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite the first substrate, and a plurality of pixel areas formed on the first substrate, where each pixel area has red, green, blue, and white sub-pixel areas. Red, green and blue color filter layers are disposed on the red, green and blue sub-pixel areas, respectively, and an overcoat layer is disposed over the red, green and blue color filter layers, where a portion of the overcoat layer forms a white color filter layer in the white sub-pixel area. The overcoat layer is formed from a UV-curable liquid pre-polymer material, which includes monomers each having a mono-functional group, and at least a di-functional group or a tri-functional group.

摘要： A photosensitive resin composition and a method for forming an organic film on a substrate are provided. Because the photosensitive resin composition for imprinting includes an erythrotol-based monomer or oligomer, an organic film formed by the photosensitive resin composition for imprinting has improved restoring force. Therefore, the photosensitive resin composition is appropriate for imprinting processes.

摘要： A method of forming a thin film pattern includes: providing a printing roller and a substrate including a thin film; coating the printing roller with an etch-resist solution including a base polymer, a carrier solvent, a tackifier and a surfactant; removing the carrier solvent from the coated etch-resist solution thereby transitioning the etch-resist solution from liquid phase to solid phase; patterning the solid etch-resist; transferring the patterned etch-resist from the printing roller to the substrate; and patterning the thin film corresponding to the transferred etch-resist.

摘要： Disclosed is an imprinting apparatus and imprinting method using the same that prevent a process of forming a pattern on a substrate from being affected by flatness of a stage. The imprinting apparatus comprises a chamber unit in which a process of forming a pattern on a substrate is carried out; a stage for supporting the substrate on which a resin layer is formed; an installing member positioned above the stage and having a mold member attached to transform the resin layer so as to form the pattern on the substrate; and a first spraying unit for spraying fluid to separate the substrate supported by the stage from the stage, wherein the installing member moves the mold member in the direction getting near to the substrate separated from the stage so that the mold member and the resin layer are brought into contact with each other.
