    摘要: A disc drive test slider apparatus for measuring contact force with a surface of a rotating disc media includes a slider body positioned proximate the surface of the rotating disc. The slider body includes an air-bearing surface substantially parallel to the surface of the disc and separated from the surface of the disc by a glide height. A cavity is formed in the slider body having a side wall substantially normal to the surface of the disc and a wall substantially parallel to the surface of the disc. A beam flexure is attached to the side wall of the cavity. A plate is attached to the beam flexure in the cavity, the beam flexure having a spring resiliency to permit movement of the plate in the cavity substantially normal to the surface of the disc. A contact rod is attached to the plate, and extends through the cavity and a via in the slider body. The contact rod has a distal tip projecting from the air-bearing surface. A force applied to the contact rod perpendicular to the surface of the rotating disc media causes displacement of the plate normal to the surface of the disc. Metal films may be formed on the plate and on the wall substantially parallel to the surface of the disc, so that a change in capacitance between the metal films due to changes in a gap distance between the metal films caused by displacement of the plate normal to the surface of the disc may be determined. A relatively simple series of formation, deposition and etching steps may be performed to form the disc drive test slider apparatus.

    摘要: The present invention provides an emergency starting device, including a first output end and a second output end, wherein the first output end is used for being connected to a positive electrode of an accumulator battery in an engine starting system and the second output end is used for being connected to a negative electrode of the accumulator battery; the device includes a super-capacitor, a controller and a DC-DC booster circuit, wherein the controller receives first electrical signal from the accumulator battery and electrically connects the super-capacitor and the accumulator battery to start the engine with energy stored in the super-capacitor when the first electrical signal changes suddenly, the DC-DC booster circuit increases the output voltage of the accumulator battery to charge the super-capacitor. The invention further provides an emergency starting method accordingly. By using the super-capacitor, the controller and the DC-DC booster circuit the invention fits in various severe environments and can start an engine in emergency permanently and effectively.

    摘要: A lens module includes a lens barrel, and a lens group received by the lens barrel. The lens barrel includes an first supporter, a second supporter extending vertically from the first supporter, and a receiving space formed by those supporters, the first supporter having a light aperture, the second supporter having an inner surface facing the receiving space. The lens group includes a first lens abutting against the inner surface of the second supporter, a second lens stacked on the first lens and abutting against the inner surface of the second supporter, a third lens stacked on the second lens and abutting against the inner surface of the second supporter, and a fourth lens stacked on the third lens and abutting against the inner surface of the second supporter, for ensuring the concentricity among the lenses and keeping the lens group coaxial with the lens barrel.
