Abstract:
The present invention refers to an apparatus for raising the spark energy in capacitive ignition systems comprising at least one charge winding (L1) which via a first rectifier device (D1) charges a charge capacitor (C1) connected to the primary winding of an 5 ignition voltage transformer in order to provide said primary winding with energy for generation of a spark characterized in that additionally a second rectifier device (D2) and a switching device (Q2) are arranged in such a way that the switching device periodically can short circuit the charge winding and thereby increase the charge of the charge capacitor at low engine speeds.
Abstract:
A trading system for trading financial instruments, comprising a matching unit for matching received orders having corresponding requirements and an order book for storing unmatched orders is described. The trading system further comprises a decision unit/reinsertion unit connected to the order book for determining when matched orders are to be removed/reinserted based on confirmation of acceptance of the trade received from a user terminal.
Abstract:
Arrangement for a goods hoist which has an operating control capable of being actuated by a driving device and is situated between a load device and the driving device. The driving device is controlled by electronics that communicate with a transmitter contained in an operating controller.
Abstract:
A mobile radio network includes a number of mobile radio systems, each having a mobile radio services switching center which conveys calls between a number of cordless subscribers and a public switched telephone network which is common to the mobile radio systems which convey calls between a number of cordless subscribers, and a public switched telephone network which is common to the mobile radio systems which convey calls between wire-connected subscribers and also to the cordless subscribers via the mobile radio switching centers. If a cordless subscriber has roamed from its home system to a visitor system, a call from a third system can be transferred generally over the home system and the public network to the subscriber. A service node is assigned to each of the mobile radio systems and each such node keeps an account of where the home subscribers of respective mobile radio systems are located and, in cooperation with other service nodes, can connect a call from a subscriber in the third mobile radio system to the roaming subscriber without needing to load the remaining systems. The system also includes corresponding connection procedures, a subscriber telephone set and a method of registration in the network.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for monitoring an ignition system, wherein the ignition system comprises a charge coil (L1) for charging the ignition system, a primary coil (L4) and a secondary coil (L5), said primary and secondary coils (L4, L5) being arranged to generate a voltage for spark generation, and a control unit (M1), characterized in the steps a) providing a separate coil (L3) adjacent to at least one of the charge coil (L1), the primary coil (L4) and the secondary coil (L5) b) using the control unit (M1) to monitor a magnetic flux at the separate coil (L3), and c) using information regarding said magnetic flux as input for controlling at least one property of an operation of the ignition system. The invention also relates to a control system for an ignition system.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to novel chemical compounds formula (I) (C)n—B-(A)m-B—(C)n (I) wherein m is 0 or 1, and n is independently 0, 1, 2 or 3, A, each B and each C are independently selected from phenylene and five- and six-membered heteroaromatic rings, and for a terminal ring B or C also from bicyclic heteroaromatic fused rings having seven to ten ring members, wherein the bond between at least two of the rings A to C may be replaced by a carbonyl group (—CO—), wherein at least two of the rings A to C are substituted with one or two groups R, and wherein each ring A to C further optionally is substituted with one or two groups R1. The compounds are useful in therapy, especially therapy of a mammal suffering from a disease involving misfolded or aggregated forms of proteins.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a method and system for generating energy/power in a capacitive discharge ignition system, said system comprising at least one charge winding (L) which by means of a fly wheel and via a first rectifier device (D1) charges a charge capacitor (C1) connected to a primary winding (P) of an ignition voltage transformer (30) in order to provide said primary winding (P) with energy for generation of a spark via a secondary winding (S) of said transformer (30), wherein a voltage control/switching unit (10) is arranged to enable output of energy (Out21) from said primary winding (P).
Abstract:
This invention relates to a load hoist arrangement (1) comprising a control device (50) arranged between a traverse device and a load carrying device (52). The load carrying device (52) is manually guidable in a three-dimentional space and lateral movement of said load carrying device (52) is controlled by a driving device. The driving device is controlled by recorded and transmitted force impacts from said control device (50) to said driving device. The traverse device has support elements (5, 6, 7) for supporting a traveling bridge (4), arranged to travel along said support elements (5, 6, 7), and a carriage (3) arranged to travel back and forth on said traveling bridge (4). The driving device comprises at least one motor, provided with at least two driving wheel units (15, 16), secured to said carriage (3) and two drag elements (21, 21′) secured at its end portions to opposite end portions of said support elements (5, 6) and crossing at said traveling bridge (4). The drag elements (21, 21′) crossing each other at said carriage (3) arranged such that a first driving wheel unit (15) works in contact with one drag element (21) and a second driving wheel unit (16) works in contact with another drag element (21′), thereby moving the carriage (3) and hence the load carrying device (52) in the lateral direction during operation.
