    摘要: The present disclosure provides for electronic devices that use low cost, conductive materials as transparent conductors. The devices contain corrosion preventative conductive polymer layers and conductive innerlayer barriers that separate corrosive electrolyte from the conductors which are prone to corrosion and dissolution, while providing an uninterrupted electrical circuit. The present disclosure also allows for the use of layers which have been applied from aqueous media thereby reducing both the cost and the environmental impact of the electronic devices. Methods of manufacture are also provided.

    摘要: Disclosed and claimed herein are methods of preparing colorant sensitized solar cells using pre-sensitized semiconductor particles, said particles are coated and thermally processed at temperatures that maintains the sensitivity of the colorant. The pre-sensitized particles are prepared in an aqueous or organic solvent colorant admixture. The solar cells may contain heat sensitive substrates as well as heat resistant substrates. Also disclosed and claimed are solar cells prepared from the disclosed and claimed pre-sensitized semiconductor particles as well as the colorant/particle dispersion.

    摘要: There is described a novel thermographic recording film, and more specifically, a novel image-forming system incorporated therein comprising at least one layer and including and a Lewis acid material, a di- or triarylmethane thiolactone dye precursor, an acidic organic material, a binder and a thermal stabilizer. Thermographic recording films comprising the novel image-forming system of the present invention exhibit excellent thermal stability, and desirable minimum optical densities, indicative of substantially less premature image development at elevated environmental temperatures. Embodiments of the invention wherein the thermographic recording films further include a light insensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent, a binder and, preferably, a toning agent, show substantially enhanced image density.

    摘要: Multi-functional vinylbenzyl and vinylphenyl pendant thymine (and uracil) groups are disclosed. The monomers can be used for the production of polymers useful in photoresist and other compositions as a function of the crosslinking reactivity of the pendant groups. Images in polymer are provided by exposure to actinic radiation (e.g., UV), containing such polymer and by solvent removal of non-exposed regions.
