摘要: A color image and a depth image of a live video are received. Each of the color image and the depth image are processed to identify a foreground, background, and an unknown region band of the live video. The unknown region band may comprise pixels between the foreground and the background. Further processing is performed to segment the pixels of the unknown region band between the foreground and the background. As such, processing is performed on the unknown region band in order to provide an improved user foreground video.

摘要: A method, apparatus, system, and computer program product for of digital imaging. Multiple cameras comprising lenses and digital images sensors are used to capture multiple images of the same subject, and process the multiple images using difference information (e.g., an image disparity map, an image depth map, etc.). The processing commences by receiving a plurality of image pixels from at least one first image sensor, wherein the first image sensor captures a first image of a first color, receives a stereo image of the first color, and also receives other images of other colors. Having the stereo imagery, then constructing a disparity map and an associated depth map by searching for pixel correspondences between the first image and the stereo image. Using the constructed disparity map, captured images are converted into converted images, which are then combined with the first image, resulting in a fused multi-channel color image.

摘要: An improved gas flow injector has been developed for use in a combustion system. The gas flow injector has an inner nozzle with tubular configuration for directing a first gas stream to a location distal to the gas flow injector. The inner nozzle has an outlet end portion and a longitudinal central axis. Disposed about the inner nozzle is an outer nozzle having a tubular configuration, for directing a second gas stream to a location proximal to the gas flow injector. A diverter is mounted to the outlet end portion of the inner nozzle and extends at least partially into the second gas stream. The diverter has a surface disposed at an acute angle relative to the longitudinal central axis of the inner nozzle to redirect at least a portion of the second gas stream in a direction transverse to the longitudinal central axis. Also disclosed is a method of injecting a gas into a combustion system using the gas flow injector of this invention.

摘要: An approach to error assessment in computer systems is based on storing important state information while the machine is operating in a trace memory for each cycle of the clock. The trace memory is then coupled through the scan interface or otherwise to the service processor for use in analyzing the error. A set of signal lines in the data processing system is connected in parallel to the input port of the trace memory. Storing logic is coupled to the processor clock and to the input port of the memory, for storing information from the set of signal lines in successive locations in the trace memory in response to successive cycles of the clock. The output port of the trace memory is coupled to the service processor. The system also includes logic which counts the number of cycles of the clock after detection of an error until stopping of the clock and a system for tagging storage locations in the trace memory that correspond to cycles in which an error was detected.

摘要: A divider, which performs division in a base other than 2, that reduces in most cases the number of cycles it takes to generate each quotient digit. This involves predicting the minimum possible quotient digit in response to leading digits of the partial remainder and of the divisor. The predicted minimum possible quotient digit times the divisor is then subtracted from the partial remainder. If the result of the subtraction is less than the divisor, the predicted least possible quotient digit is the correct quotient digit. If the result of the subtraction is greater than the divisor, the divisor is subtracted iteratively from that result until the partial remainder falls below the value of the divisor. For each subtraction, the predicted quotient digit is incremented by one, so that a correct quotient digit results at the end of the iteration.
