摘要： A system and method for controlling engine revolutions for a hybrid construction machine is provided. The system for controlling engine revolutions for a hybrid construction machine, including an engine, a hydraulic pump which is driven by the engine to drive a hydraulic actuator with discharged hydraulic fluid, a motor-generator which is driven by the engine to generate electricity and to drive the hydraulic pump as a motor supplementing the engine, an energy storage device which is charged with electric energy generated by the motor-generator and which supplies the electric energy for motor operation of the motor-generator, a torque detection means for detecting an output torque of the hydraulic pump that is required to drive the hydraulic actuator, and a hybrid control means for controlling the motor operation of the motor-generator so as to supplement the engine output if the change of the output torque of the hydraulic pump detected by the torque detection means exceeds a predetermined level and it is determined that an engine revolution drop will occur.

摘要： A control system and method for a hybrid construction machine is provided. The control system for a hybrid construction machine includes an engine, a hydraulic pump driven by the engine to drive a hydraulic actuator, a motor-generator driven by the engine to generate electricity and to drive the hydraulic pump as a motor supplementing the engine, an energy storage device charged with electric energy generated by the motor-generator and supplying the electric energy for motor operation of the motor-generator, a mode detector detecting a working mode of the engine, a torque detector detecting an output torque of the hydraulic pump, a memory storing upper and lower baselines of an engine torque set per working mode of the engine, and a hybrid controller comparing the detected output torque of the hydraulic pump with the upper and lower baselines set according to the detected working mode, controlling power generation of the motor-generator so that the engine is loaded as much as much as a short value if the output torque is less than the lower baseline, and controlling the motor operation of the motor-generator so that the engine output is supplemented as much as an excessive value if the output torque exceeds the upper baseline.

摘要： The present invention detects a candidate ROI group associated with character strings/figure strings on the basis of a result acquired through prior learning of various types of license plates, verifies the interested region candidate group detected by using at least one condition of five predetermined conditions, and determines an MBR region in the selected ROI region from the verified interested region candidate group by considering a ratio between the height and width of the ROI region to recognize the license plate for the automobile. According to the present invention, it is possible to automatically detect the location of the license plate regardless of various types of license plate specifications defined for each of countries.

摘要： A method and system of relaying data are provided. The data is encoded into a turbo codeword by using a convolutional turbo code encoder, and the turbo codeword is transmitted from a source to a relay and a destination after puncturing by a first puncturing operation. The first punctured turbo codeword which is received in the relay is de-punctured and regenerated in a decoding operation and the regenerated turbo codeword is transmitted from the relay to the destination in punctured form after puncturing by a second puncturing operation. The punctured turbo codewords received from the source and the relay by the destination are totaled together as a totaled single turbo codeword and the totaled single turbo codeword is completely decoded to recover the data.
