Both mobile services switching center can be accessed to by a cellular access as well as by a non-cellular access. The method comprises the steps of handing over a call of the terminal to non-cellular access involving also a handover from a first one of said two mobile services switching center to a second one of said two mobile services switching center, and indicating in a message that the call of the terminal was handed over to non-cellular access, wherein said message is sent from the second mobile services switching center to the first mobile services switching center.

The gateway informs a core network element handling signaling relating to the connection about the quality of the connection. The core network element triggers an access network control element to inform the terminal about the quality of the connection. The gateway or the core network element may determine when to trigger the access network control element. Upon receiving triggering information from the core network element, the access network control element informs the terminal about the quality of the connection for indicating changes in the quality of connection between the terminal and the gateway.

    摘要: Ring-back content is provided to a mobile video caller willing to call a recipient in a process in which: the ring-back content is stored, a first communication leg is established between an intermediate network element and the mobile video caller, a second communication leg is established between the intermediate network element and the recipient, and the delivery of the ring-back content to the mobile video caller is started between the initiating of the mobile video call and answering to the call by the recipient. The delivery of the ring-back content may be lead by an early connect message to delay charging. On establishing the second communication leg, no connect message is passed to the caller, but the charging of the mobile video call is started.

In the method a procedure for setting up a communication link between a first user equipment and a second user equipment via a communications network is initiated. Information regarding at least two modes of communication that can be used for communication via the communication link is signalled between the first and second user equipment. The handover is achieved by way of connecting a call control node to a call state control function. The call control node allocates a media gateway for the session established. The session media bearers are routed via the media gateway. The call control node acts as an anchor node for the handover. As the mobile station moves to a new cell a media bearer is established to the media gateway from the mobile station via the new cell.
