    摘要: A desulfurization apparatus includes: a desulfurization section (3) that brings exhaust gas containing sulfur oxide into gas-liquid contact with absorbing liquid to thereby remove the sulfur oxide; a folded-plate type demister (4) that is installed above the desulfurization section (3), and removes mist generated in the desulfurization section (3); a packing section (5) that is installed above the folded-plate type demister (4), has a same cross-sectional area as the desulfurization section (3) and the folded-plate type demister (4), and removes mist that is not removed by the folded-plate type demister (4); and a washing section (6) that injects water to the packing section (5). As a result of this, mist contained in the exhaust gas is easily and reliably reduced.

The exhaust gas treatment system (1) includes: a CO2 recovery unit (10) including a CO2 absorption column (11), an absorbing solution regeneration column (16), a condensate supply pipeline (15) for supplying condensate, which contains CO2 absorbing solution discharged from the CO2 absorption column (11) to a bottom portion of the absorbing solution regeneration column (16), and a CO2 separation section (22) for performing heat exchange, via a heat exchanger (23), between the CO2 discharged from the absorbing solution regeneration column (16) and the condensate; and an exhaust gas heat exchanger (5) provided on a gas upstream side of the CO2 recovery unit (10) for performing heat exchange between exhaust gas before flowing into the CO2 recovery unit (10) and the condensate.

    摘要: This invention provides a heat recovery and utilization system for efficiently utilizing heat recovered from boiler exhaust gas with a heat recovery unit without any complicated equipment or high operation costs. The heat recovery and utilization system includes: a boiler for electricity generation; a heat recovery unit for recovering heat from exhaust gas of the boiler; a heat exchanger for using heat recovered with the heat recovery unit as heat source for equipment other than for electricity generation; a heat accumulator for accumulating heat source for the equipment other than for electricity generation; and a heat medium circulation line in which heat medium circulates between the heat recovery unit and the heat exchanger to exchange the heat recovered with the heat recovery unit with the heat exchanger. Upon startup of the system, the heat exchanger preheats the heat recovery unit with heat source accumulated in the heat accumulator.
