    摘要: The present invention relates to a medical nonwoven fabric comprising gelable cellulose derivative short-cut fibers as prepared by the paper making process, a preparation method thereof, and an adhesion prevention barrier using the same. The present invention provides a single phase of medical nonwoven fabric comprising gelable cellulose derivative short-cut fibers, to induce capillary action of micropores formed between the fibers and thereby control the gelation time, and provides a composite nonwoven fabric formed by laminating a nonwoven fabric layer comprising a different kind of biodegradable polymer material not susceptible to gelation on the single-phase of medical nonwoven fabric comprising gelable cellulose derivative short-cut fibers, thereby improving dimensional stability and convenience of surgical procedure. The present invention further provides a dyed medical nonwoven fabric to improve visibility, allowing easiness of recognizing the placement or location of the medical nonwoven fabric. Further, the single-phase nonwoven fabric or the composite nonwoven fabric, which makes it possible to efficiently control the gelation time by way of capillary action of the micropores formed between the fiber in the nonwoven fabric, can also be used as an adhesion prevention barrier with improved convenience of surgical procedure and post-surgical adhesion, in contrast to the conventional knit or film type adhesion prevention barrier.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a carboxymethyl cellulose nonwoven fabric which includes the carboxymethylation of cellulose fibers and the subsequent paper-making process to prepare a carboxymethyl cellulose nonwoven fabric. Comparing with the conventional method involving carboxymethylation of a nonwoven fabric, the method of the present invention has convenience and easiness of the process and thus enables production on a large scale. Further, the carboxymethyl cellulose nonwoven fabric manufactured by the present invention is susceptible to gelation upon contact with body fluids or water and thus useful as a medical nonwoven fabric or a mask pack.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are a polyolefin microporous membrane of which surface is modified by a hydrophilic polymer, a surface modification method thereof and a lithium ion polymer battery including the surface-modified polyolefin microporous membrane as a separator.The polyolefin microporous membrane of which surface is modified by a hydrophilic polymer minimizes membrane distortion by employing plasma-induced coating method and also increase the membrane's mechanical strength and heat resistance. In addition, the polyolefin microporous membrane enhances the ability of impregnating an electrolyte solution by increasing polarity and surface energy on its surface through modification to hydrophilic surface, and enhances the adhesion between a separator and an electrode, between a separator and an electrolyte solution or gel polymer electrolytes. Further, the lithium ion polymer battery including the polyolefin microporous membrane of which surface is modified by a hydrophilic acrylic polymer as a separator has enhanced cycle life and rate capability.

    摘要: A multiple fiber spinning apparatus and a method of controlling the same. The apparatus includes an extruding unit, a spin block unit and a spinning nozzle unit. The extruding unit includes extruders that melt, extrude and transfer polymer materials. The spin block unit includes a gear pump unit which has gear pumps connected to each of the extruders. The gear pumps receive the polymer materials from the corresponding extruders and discharge the polymer materials. The spin block unit further includes a flow passage unit which has flow passages connected to the respective gear pumps. The spinning nozzle unit includes spinning nozzles, each of which is connected to one of the gear pumps of each extruder by the corresponding flow passage, so that each spinning nozzle receives the molten polymer materials and spins the polymer materials into a fiber.
