The improved version of a chromated metal sheet has a chromate layer on at least one side of a metal substrate or a plated metal substrate and it is characterized in that the chromate layer has a chromium deposit of 10-200 mg/m.sup.2 per surface in terms of metallic Cr, that the chromate layer contains silica in an amount of 0.1-6.0 in terms of the weight ratio of SiO.sub.2 to Cr, and that the chromate layer contains at least one kind of lubricating particles selected from the group consisting of graphite, MoS.sub.2, BN, calcium stearate and an organic lubricating substance in an amount of 0.1-100 in terms of the weight ratio of the lubricating particles to Cr. The lubricating particles can have a surface layer capable of nonionic surface activating action, and this surface layer accounts for 1-70 wt % of the lubricating particles. The chromated metal sheet has sufficient lubricity to withstand press forming in the absence of lube oil coatings, has high enough electric conductivity to present no problems in spot weldability and groundability, and has sufficiently high corrosion resistance to withstand use in a naked state.

Disclosed are: a method for detecting common wheat among from wheat varieties contained in a sample of interest such as a food raw material or a processed food specifically, with high sensitivity, and in a qualitative and/or quantitative manner; a method for discriminating between common wheat and a wheat variety other than common wheat (e.g., durum wheat) contained in a food raw material or a processed food and detecting the common wheat in a qualitative and/or quantitative manner; and a primer set, a nucleic acid probe, and a detection kit, each of which can be used in the methods employing a PCR method. Specifically disclosed are: a method for detecting the occurrence of common wheat in a sample of interest, which comprises carrying out a PCR method using a nucleic acid extracted from the sample as a template and using a primer comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:5 and a primer comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:6 and detecting the occurrence of a PCR amplification product; and a method for detecting the occurrence of common wheat in a sample of interest, which comprises carrying out a quantitative PCR method using a nucleic acid extracted from the sample as a template and using a primer comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:5, a primer comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:6 and a nucleic acid probe comprising the nucleotide sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:11 and detecting the occurrence of common wheat qualitatively and/or quantitatively.

The method comprises a step of amplifying a nucleic acid molecule having a partial sequence of a nucleotide sequence identified as SEQ ID NO: 1 using a nucleic acid molecule in the test sample or a nucleic acid molecule extracted from the test sample as the template and using a primer pair capable of amplifying the partial sequence and a step of detecting or quantifying the amplified nucleic acid molecule.

The present invention aims to obtain C-Si-Mn-Cr system of hot-rolled dual phase structured steel sheets having a low yield ratio YR of not greater than 65%, an excellent strength-elongation balance M, a low variation in quality and an excellent cold formability through stepwise cooling regulation in the course of cooling from the final rolling to coiling.The present invention is a method for producing hot-rolled steel sheets having a low yield ratio and a high tensile strength due to dual phase structure by effecting the final rolling of a hot-rolled steel sheet containing 0.02-0.2% of C, 0.05-2.0% of Si, 0.5-2.0% of Mn and 0.3-1.5% of Cr as the essential components at a temperature of finishing the final rolling of 780.degree. C., rapidly cooling the thus treated steel sheet at a cooling rate of more than 40.degree. C./S to the temperature range wherein the transformation of .gamma. into .alpha. is efficiently caused corresponding to the components in the steel and the rolling hysteresis, holding the steel sheet at this temperature range for more than 5 seconds and rapidly cooling the thus treated steel sheet at a cooling rate of more than 50.degree. C./S from said held temperature to a temperature of 550.degree.-200.degree. C. to obtain a hot-rolled steel sheet having YR of not greater than 65%, M of not less than 60 and a low variation of quality and an excellent cold formability.
