    摘要: A plate-making apparatus equipped with an optical system and a light-light transforming device comprising a photoconductive layer and a light-modulation layer which are in confronting relation to each other and which are interposed between a pair of electrodes. The optical system supplies optical information to the photoconductive layer, and the pair of electrodes are for generating an electric field therebetween to be applied to the photosensitive layer and the light-modulation layer. Also included in the apparatus for emitting light having a predetermined wavelength, the light being led to the light-modulation layer to generate reflection light therefrom which is modulated in correspondance with the optical information supplied from the optical system to the photoconductive layer. The reflection light is arranged so as to illuminate a photosensitive resin layer, which is in turn denatured or hardened in response to the illumination so as to produce a print plate.

    摘要: A semiconductor integrated circuit device constituted by a plurality of sets each of which having a pair of memory mats and each memory mat having a plurality of memory cells arranged in a matrix and a sense amplifier, I/O lines for transmitting signals provided by the sense amplifiers, selecting circuitry for selecting either a condition for sending out the signals provided by the sense amplifiers on the I/O lines or a condition for not sending out the same on the I/O lines, and Y-selection lines for transmitting the selection signals. A decoder connected with selection is disposed substantially at the middle of the Y-selection lines. X- and Y-address buffers are disposed close to each other nearer to the center of the chip than X- and Y-redundant circuits. A reference voltage generating circuit is disposed nearer to the edge of the chip than an output buffer circuit. A relief selecting circuit of each memory mat is formed adjacent to a redundant line selecting circuits included in the same memory mat. At least some of wiring lines connected to each sense amplifier are formed in a wiring layer in which Y-selection lines are formed. The Y-selection lines are extended in gaps between the sense amplifiers.

    摘要: An image formation apparatus using a recording medium including a scattering-mode light-modulation member which takes an opaque state in response to a heat and takes a transparent state in response to an electric field. The apparatus comprises a heater and an electrode device which are disposed in opposed relation to the recording medium. The heater preheats the recording medium in accordance with a control signal from an external device and the electrode device applies an electric field to the recording medium after the heating, thereby completely erasing an image previously recorded in the recording medium. After the erasure, the recording medium is heated by a thermal head in accordance with an information signal from an external device so as to form a new image in the recording medium.

    摘要: An image formation apparatus using a recording medium including a scattering-mode light-modulation member which takes an opaque state in response to a heat and takes a transparent state in response to an electric field. The apparatus comprises an electrode device disposed in opposed relation to the recording medium and a charge removal device facing or in contact with the recording medium. The electrode device applies an electric field to the recording medium thereby completely erasing an image previously recorded in the recording medium and the charge removal device removes charge left in the recording medium due to application of the electric field by the electrode device. After the erasure, the recording medium is heated by a thermal head in accordance with an information signal from an external device so as to form a new image in the recording medium.
