    摘要: Provided are a tire tangential load measuring device capable of directly measuring a tangential load of a tire and a tire rolling resistance evaluating device capable of evaluating a rolling resistance of a tire using the tire tangential load measuring device, without using a large-sized device. A tire tangential load measuring device (10) includes two or more load rolls (44A, 44B) smaller in diameter than that of the tire and arranged side by side, an air cylinder (13) as a moving mechanism capable of pressing the two or more load rolls (44A, 44B) against the rotating tire with a predetermined load fz, and a strain gauge (51) as a tangential load sensor for measuring the tangential load fx of the tire in a rotating state while the surfaces of the two or more load rolls (44A, 44B) are pressed against the tread surface of the tire with the predetermined load fz. The tire rolling resistance evaluating device uses the tangential load measuring device (10).

    摘要: Rolling resistance is appropriately and easily evaluated at an arbitrary temperature of a tire. When a phase difference between a load applied to the tire and a variation in position of the drum is derived for a reference tire, the phase differences δ are derived at a plurality of temperatures within a range from an initial temperature to an atmospheric temperature in a process in which a temperature of the reference tire that reached the initial temperature higher or lower than the atmospheric temperature by heating or cooling approaches the atmospheric temperature from the initial temperature. The phase difference corresponding to a temperature of a tire to be evaluated among the phase differences δ derived for the reference tire at the plurality of temperatures and the phase difference derived for the tire to be evaluated are compared, thereby evaluating rolling resistance of the tire to be evaluated.

Additionally, the liquid supply means can adjust the flow rate of the support liquid discharged from the supply holes on the basis of the fluid pressure, which changes according to the tire contact state.

    摘要: A pneumatic circuit of a tire testing apparatus includes: a piping configured to guiding air from an air supply source to a tire; a control part configured to output a target command pressure; a pressure proportional control valve part; and a constant-flow air discharge part. The pressure proportional control valve part supplies and discharges the air of a flow rate proportional to a differential pressure between the target command pressure and an internal pressure of the tire so that the internal pressure of the tire becomes the target command pressure, and has a dead band in which the air is not supplied and discharged within a predetermined range. The constant-flow air discharge part is formed between the tire and the pressure proportional control valve part, and is configured to discharge the air of an inside of the piping to an outside at a constant flow rate.
