Abstract: A filter container for separating cells includes a tubular filter member-housing part having an opening at each longitudinal end, a liquid inlet port on a first opening end side of the filter member-housing part, a liquid outlet port on a second opening end side of the filter member-housing part, a first filter-pressing part on the first opening end side, and a second filter-pressing part on the second opening end side. The first filter-pressing part includes three or more first protrusions, and the ratio of an area of a polygon formed by individually connecting the tips of the three or more first protrusions to a cross-sectional area of an inner space of the filter member-housing part at the first protrusion position is controlled within a preset range.

Abstract: Disclosed is a balloon catheter that can prevent or reduce axial rotation and circumferential shift of the elongate body while ensuring good passage of the balloon in the blood vessel. The balloon catheter (100) has a shaft (110); a balloon (120); an elongate body (180) extending along the shaft (110) and having a body tissue contacting part at its distal end part; and an elongate body lumen (130), the elongate body lumen (130) having a first engagement part (131) so that axial rotation angle of the elongate body (180) is 0° to 60°, and the first engagement part (131) being located between the distal end (130d) of the elongate body lumen (130) and a position 30 cm from the distal end of the elongate body lumen (130) toward the proximal side.

Abstract: Provided is a balloon catheter wherein a balloon is less likely to swell in the protective tube during an air leak test of the balloon in a state where the balloon having projecting portions is housed in a lumen of the protective tube. A balloon catheter comprising: a shaft extending in a distal-proximal direction; a balloon disposed on a distal side of the shaft and having, in a contracted state, a plurality of wing-shaped portions; projecting portions each disposed on a portion, of an outer surface of the balloon, that is none of the wing-shaped portions; and a protective tube having a lumen in which the balloon is disposed, wherein none of the wing-shaped portions is present between an apex of each projecting portion and a point, on an inner surface of the protective tube, that is at a shortest distance from the apex of the projecting portion.

Abstract: A current collector for a battery includes: a layer (1) formed from an electrically conductive material and at least one of (a) a polymer compound having an alicyclic structure, (b) a saturated hydrocarbon polymer compound having a hydroxyl group, (c) a phenoxy resin and an epoxy resin, and (d) an amine having an amine equivalent of 120 g/eq or less and an epoxy resin; a layer (2) which is formed on at least one surface of the layer (1); and a layer (3) formed from an electrically conductive material. The current collector for a battery has stability to an equilibrium potential environment in a negative electrode, a low electric resistance, a blocking property to solvent in electrolytic solution, and a blocking property to a component in an electrolyte. In addition, the current collector for a battery has a high capacity retention rate, and battery durability is improved.
