Abstract: Anisotropic graphite and an anisotropic graphite composite are provided, each having excellent heat transmission performance and excellent long-term reliability as a heat transmitting element, and a production method for the anisotropic graphite composite. A face of anisotropic graphite which face is perpendicular to crystal orientation planes of graphite layers of the anisotropic graphite may be subjected to surface treatment so as to obtain anisotropic graphite having a specific surface roughness. An anisotropic graphite composite may include anisotropic graphite having an interface that has a specific interface roughness; a titanium-containing metal layer; and an inorganic material layer.

Abstract: In order to prevent positional displacement of a graphite sheet laminate during production of a resin molded product obtained by integrally molding the graphite sheet laminate and a resin, the present invention uses a graphite sheet laminate having a structure in which a first fixing layer having a modulus of elasticity of not less than 7.0×104 Pa and not more than 5.0×107 Pa at 250° C. is in contact with a graphite sheet on at least one of principal surfaces of the graphite sheet.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a graphite composite material including a graphite film and a resin layer, wherein peeling-off of the resin layer from the graphite film is suppressed. The graphite composite material includes: a graphite film; and a resin layer formed on at least one surface of the graphite film, wherein the graphite film has through holes, wherein a number of the through is 100 to 1000 per cm2, and the through holes have a diameter of 0.10 mm or more but 1.00 mm or less, and wherein part of the resin layer is formed also in the through holes.

Abstract: A re-forming process is carried out in which a material graphite film is heat-treated to not less than 2000° C. while the material graphite film is being pressured. Through the re-forming process, sag of a graphite film is controlled. By using, during the re-forming process, a plurality of inner cores having respective different surface states, it is possible to produce a graphite film having two or more sag forms which have respective effects.
