摘要: Disclosed is a flame-retardant HIPS material and a preparation method thereof, comprising the following components: 90 parts to 67 parts of a HIPS resin; 8 parts to 15 parts of a brominated flame retardant; and 3 parts to 7 parts of an auxiliary flame retardant; wherein the auxiliary flame retardant is a 1,3,5-triazine compound. In the present invention, a synergistic compounding of the brominated flame retardant and the auxiliary flame retardant effectively reduces an amount of the brominated flame retardant, and a stable UL 94 (1.5 mm) V-0 flame-retardant class can be achieved. Compared with the existing brominated flame-retardant HIPS, the present invention has a low halogen content, low gas, and high cost performance ratio, which avoids excessive acid gas from forming air lines on the surface of parts, has a good appearance.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein the biodegradable polyester composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: i) 58 to 80 parts by weight of an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester; ii) 20 to 32 parts by weight of starch; and iii) 0 to 10 parts by weight of a processing agent. The present invention unexpectedly found by research that by using an aliphatic-aromatic copolyester in which an amount of aromatic carboxylic acid accounts for a total amount of diacid is 44 mol % to 48 mol % as a matrix resin, where the aliphatic-aromatic copolyester has a crystallization peak width D of 5° C. to 16° C., and by using starch of which a particle size D (50) is 2 μm to 12 μm as the other phase, and meanwhile by adding a specific amount of a processing agent, the polyester composition prepared has excellent transversal and longitudinal tear strengths, and the polyester composition has a biodegradation rate of 90% or more during the 12-week degradation test, satisfying the industrial compost.

摘要: The present invention discloses a biodegradable polyester composition, wherein based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of glycidyl methacrylate is 0.05 ppm-10 ppm. In the present invention, by adding a trace amount of glycidyl methacrylate into a chosen formula of the biodegradable polyester composition and controlling the weight content of glycidyl methacrylate which finally remains in the biodegradable polyester composition as 0.05 ppm-10 ppm, a compatibility between aliphatic-aromatic polyester and polylactic acid in the biodegradable polyester composition can be greatly enhanced, which enables the biodegradable polyester composition to have excellent surface property of film material, and no fisheye occurs on the film material because of a fluctuation of processing technique.

The polycarbonate alloy of the present invention has advantages of good alloy stability, and a continuous and uniform distribution of the crystalline polyester in the alloy.

摘要: The present invention discloses a polylactic acid composite and use thereof. The polylactic acid composite includes the following components: (A) 89 to 98 parts by weight of polylactic acid; (B) 1 to 4 parts by weight of talcum powder; and (C) 1 to 7 parts by weight of a plasticizer. In the component (A), the polylactic acid has a polydispersity index P satisfying the following relationship: 1.55≤P≤2.02. In the component (B), the talcum powder has a particle size D(50) satisfying: 1 μm≤D(50)≤2.6 μm. In the component (C), the plasticizer has a relative molecular weight M satisfying: 180≤M≤670. Through research, the present invention has unexpectedly discovered that by using the polylactic acid having the polydispersity index P satisfying the relationship 1.55≤P≤2.02 as a matrix, adding a specific range of content of ultrafine talcum powder as a nucleating agent, and selecting the plasticizer of a specific molecular weight as a crystallization promotion agent, the prepared polylactic acid composite has a light transmittance T≥80%, a haze H≤40%, and a heat deflection temperature HDT≥90° C., having significantly improved heat resistance and transparency.

摘要: The present invention discloses a melt impregnation device and a melt impregnation method. Through an impregnation chamber with a corrugated shape, when a resin melt-distributing runner is connected with a peak position of the impregnation chamber, a chamber vertical height of the peak position of the impregnation chamber is larger than a chamber vertical height of a trough position of the impregnation chamber, and when the resin melt-distributing runner is connected with the trough position of the impregnation chamber, the chamber vertical height of the trough position of the impregnation chamber is larger than the chamber vertical height of the peak position of the impregnation chamber. The present invention can balance an impregnating effect of a continuous fiber band, can carry a broken fiber hairiness which is generated during the impregnation out of an impregnation area, avoids a broken yarn, and enhances a production stability and a production efficiency.

摘要: The present invention relates to a biodegradable polyester and use thereof, including components: A) acid components containing following repeating units: 50 to 58 mol % of terephthalic acid A1; 30 to 40 mol % of sebacic acid A2; and 2 to 20 mol % of an aliphatic dibasic acid A3 with a carbon chain length of 6 or less; B) butanediol. In the present invention, in the case of a high content of the terephthalic acid, the biodegradable polyester prepared by introducing an aliphatic dibasic acid unit having a carbon chain length of 6 or less can satisfy the degradation performance and rigidity and improve the tenacity of the material simultaneously.

摘要: A biodegradable polyester composition based on a total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, including a weight content of tetrahydrofuran, which is 3 ppm-200 ppm; and based on the total weight of the biodegradable polyester composition, a weight content of cyclopentanone is 0.5 ppm-85 ppm is provided. The tetrahydrofuran and cyclopentanone is added into the composition and controlling the content of tetrahydrofuran and the content of cyclopentanone in a certain range in the composition to realize printing performance. Moreover, when a velocity of film blowing is 176 Kg/h, a range of a film thickness is less than 0.2 μm and a relative deviation of the film thickness is less than 1%.
