摘要： According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of preparing a copolymer which includes (a) polymerizing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a conjugated diene-based monomer in the presence of a solvent, a first randomizing agent, and a catalyst to prepare a first copolymer including the aromatic vinyl monomer in an amount of 15 to 40 wt %; and (b) reacting the first copolymer with one or more of a second randomizing agent different from the first randomizing agent and an additional aromatic vinyl monomer to prepare a second copolymer.
