The code stream conversion method includes: receiving an original code stream format obtained by parsing an original code stream; and determining a transcoding solution according to a target code stream format and the original code stream format, and using the original code stream format to decode the original code stream and using the target code stream format to encode a decoded code stream according to the transcoding solution, thus completing code stream conversion, and obtaining a target code stream corresponding to the target code stream format. Through the code stream conversion system and method, the original code stream is parsed and the transcoding solution is determined, thus achieving mutual conversion between a three-dimensional video code stream and a planar video code stream.

The present invention discloses a method for controlling QoS, including setting a QPC for each kind of QoS guaranted services in a bearer network; transmitting a QoS guaranteed service to a corresponding QPC by the bearer network, transferring the service and carrying QoS related information in the service by the QPC, and transmitting the service to a QoS WAN according to the QoS related information by the bearer network. The present invention also discloses a kind of QPC. Through the scheme of the present invention, the services can be differentiated according to service type, so that the QoS guaranteed services can be accessed into a QoS WAN. Moreover, the existing network does not need much modification, and only a QPC loosely coupling with a bearer network needs to be added in the existing network. In addition, the scheme of the present invention further realizes service differentiation according to service type and user.

The method for processing network QoS includes: obtaining actual usage information of network quality parameters; and obtaining descriptive information of network QoS according to the actual usage information of the network quality parameters. The network QoS processing apparatus includes: a first obtaining module, configured to obtain actual usage information of the network quality parameters which include transmission bandwidth, and network delay and/or network packet loss ratio; and a second obtaining module, configured to obtain descriptive information of network QoS according to the actual usage information of the network quality parameters. The network QoS processing system includes a communication network and a network QoS processing apparatus located in the communication network. The method, apparatus and system for processing network QoS can improve the accuracy of measuring network QoS.
