    摘要: A method of controlling an oxygen-free heat treating process in an atmospheric pressure furnace is disclosed. The present method employs an oxygen-free gas atmosphere including hydrogen gas in concentrations between about 1.0 percent to 10.0 percent, a hydrocarbon gas, such as propylene, in concentrations of between about 0.1 percent and 10.0 percent that varies as a function of time, with the balance of the gas atmosphere being nitrogen. The presently disclosed oxygen-free carburization process uses a precisely controlled gas atmosphere to minimize inter-granular oxidation, eliminate the formation of soot and cementite, and avoid hydrogen embrittlement.

The presently disclosed oxygen-free heat treatment processes, preferably carburization processes, use a precisely controlled atmosphere to minimize inter-granular oxidation, eliminate the formation of soot and cementite or other metallic carbides, and avoid hydrogen embrittlement.

    摘要: A system, method, and computer program product for managing database servers and services is disclosed, which expands the capabilities of existing systems by providing better scalability and security. A database management system includes databases consisting of database clients and servers that handle the storing of information, a multi-database client that manages database servers, service modules which allow other systems to access the database servers, and a database access manager that manages requests from the service modules. A database access manager facilitates and coordinates interaction between the service modules and the multi-database client. Service modules provide interfaces from which other external or internal systems can access the managed databases. Requests can be sent between systems and the database access manager via the service modules. Two present and representative implementations of service modules are: user management and call detail record (CDR) collection. The user management service module allows systems to access user account information stored in the databases. The CDR collection service module inserts details for each call made on the network.

    摘要: A computer system includes a CPU and VGA/LCD controller interacting with a main system memory for processing input data and displaying it on an LCD panel screen that includes a plurality of row and column drive chips on the panel. Each column drive chip includes a panel driver memory and panel driver control logic. A frame rate modulated grey-scale data signal is fed from the processor and VGA/LCD controller to the panel driver memory. Timing signals, including horizontal and vertical clocks, and data shift signals, are fed to the panel driver control circuit to control the panel driver memory from which data is read out for display on the LCD panel screen. Upon detection of the absence of screen update information for two full frame periods the system enters a power down mode by re-mapping the grey-scale data to black-and-white data, stopping the data shift clock, and disabling portions of the VGA/LCD controller and its sequencer so that the latter enters a screen off mode. Stopping of the data shift clock causes the display panel and its panel driver memory to enter a self-refresh mode in which a frame of data stored in the panel driver memory is repetitively read out under control of the vertical and horizontal clock signals.

    摘要: A method, system, and computer program product for routing network traffic (calls in a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)), which expands the capabilities of existing systems by providing faster and more efficient direction of network traffic, is disclosed. A routing management system includes a routing manager which maintains a list of local routes, establishes and manages connections to the routing server(s), exports routes to the routing server(s), imports disseminated routes from the routing server(s), obtains static global and dynamic routes from the routing server(s), caches those routes for future use, finds all matching routes for a particular number dialed by the user, and prioritizing those routes based on timing, access and ordering information. An additional embodiment contains at least one routing server which provides look-up services for gateway server(s), allows export of local routes from gateway server(s), and distributes translation data; and at least one gateway server which handles calls received on either the Internet protocol (IP) or traditional telephony networks. The gateway server bridges calls between the different kinds of networks, interacts with users, interfaces with the routing system.
