    摘要: In a method for producing a cellular wheel made of metal, the following steps are conducted consecutively: (a) providing a sheet metal strip (26) having a length (1) that corresponds at least to the length of a circumferential line of an intermediate sleeve and a width (b) that corresponds at least to the length of the cellular wheel; (b) placing disks (16) in predetermined locations in predetermined quantities on both sides of the sheet metal strip (26) perpendicular to the sheet metal surface and perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the sheet metal strip (26) and connecting the disks (16) to the sheet metal strip (26) by welding or brazing; (c) bending the metal strip (26) equipped on both sides with the disks (16) and connecting the two ends of the sheet metal strip (26) by welding or brazing to form the intermediate sleeve; (d) placing a first tubular sleeve that is concentric to the intermediate sleeve as an outer sleeve, and a second tubular sleeve that is concentric to the intermediate sleeve as an inner sleeve, and connecting the free ends of the disks (16) to the outer sleeve or the inner sleeve by welding or brazing. The method allows cellular wheels to be produced which have material wall thicknesses of 0.2 mm and less for use in pressure wave superchargers.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for producing a bimetallic saw blade, saw band, or circular saw blade. According to said method, a support band (11) or a support disk made of a first metal is bonded to cutting material (16) made of a second metal in a first step, and said bond is machined in a material-removing manner so as to form a toothed profile (17a, b) in a second step, thus creating saw teeth that are at least partially made of the cutting material (16) by separating the teeth in a predetermined fashion. In order to simplify the production process and reduce the production effort in such a method, within the first step, holes (15) are first created in the support band (11) or the support disk according to the separation of the teeth, whereupon small insertion plates (16) which are made of the cutting material and entirely fill the holes (15) are inserted into said holes (15), and the edges of the small insertion plates (16) that are placed in the holes (15) are finally bonded to the support band (11) or the support disk.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for assembling a camshaft by using a shaft (10) and a plurality of cams (21–26) comprising respectively an opening for the shaft. According to the invention, the cams are disposed in a tight manner in a storage element (40), in such a way that they are orientated towards each other in a predefined rotative position, the openings thereof for the shaft being orientated in a coaxial manner. The shaft is then introduced into the cam packet and arranged consecutively with respect to each individual cam by displacement in the longitudinal direction thereof. The cams are secured one after the other on the shaft. The required rotation of the cams can be obtained in a simple manner by longitudinal displacement of the shaft and also by optionally rotating the shaft at a certain angle.

The annular space between the outer sleeve and inner sleeve is divided by cell wall parts, which are oriented in parallel to the rotational axis and delimited by cell edges, into a plurality of rotation-symmetrically arranged cells, wherein the cell edges are located on intersecting lines of cylinder lateral surfaces with rotation-symmetrically arranged axial planes, said surfaces being arranged concentrically to the rotational axis. The outer sleeve and inner sleeve delimit a cell structure, in which cell edges, which delimit a cell wall part in each case, are concurrently located in pairs on adjoining cylinder lateral surfaces and on adjoining axial planes. With each cell edge located on two adjoining axial planes of adjoining cylinder lateral surfaces, each cell edge on a cylinder lateral surface delimits two cell walls.

The free end edges of the fins are joined to the subsequent sleeve to the cells. The cured molding material mixture is thermally treated and is removed from the cells.
