    摘要: The invention is to provide a thermoplastic resin composition rich in heat resistance, oil resistance, and thermal aging resistance and excellent in tensile elongation characteristics, by adding a specific partially hydrogenated block copolymer to a styrene resin and/or poly(phenylene ether) resin and an olefin resin. The invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises (A) from 95 to 5% by weight of styrene resin and/or poly(phenylene ether) resin, (B) from 5 to 95% by weight of olefin resin, and (C) a partially hydrogenated block copolymer in an amount of from 2 to 30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the sum of ingredients (A) and (B), wherein (C) is a partially hydrogenated block copolymer obtained from a block copolymer which has at least one polymer block X mainly comprising a vinylaromatic compound and at least one polymer block Y mainly comprising a conjugated diene compound and has a combined vinylaromatic compound content of from 30 to 80% by weight and in which the vinyl bond amount in the polymer block Y mainly comprising a conjugated diene compound is from 20% by weight to less than 65% by weight, by hydrogenating from 35% to less than 70% of the double bonds derived from the conjugated diene compounds.

    摘要: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) a styrene resin, (B) a propylene resin and (C) a hydrogenated block copolymer comprising at least two polystyrene blocks Xs and at least one polybutadiene block Y, with at least 70 wt. % of the double bonds of the polybutadiene of the polybutadiene block Y having been hydrogenated, wherein the hydrogenated block copolymer (C) has a styrene content of 40 to 80 wt. %; a 1,2-bound amount of the polybutadiene block Y is 30 to 80 wt. %; a weight ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) is 95:5 to 5:95; the component (C) is contained in an amount of 2 to 30 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the components (A) and (B); and at least 50% of the component (C) exists at the interface between a phase of the component (A) and a phase of the component (B). Existence of this component (C) makes it possible to yield a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent heat resistance and oil resistance and having comparable tensile elongation properties.

    摘要: The present invention has an object to provide a conjugated diene-based polymer, subjected to a vulcanization treatment to make a vulcanized rubber, the vulcanized rubber useful as a material for tire treads excellent in the balance among wet skid characteristics, low hysteresis loss, abrasion resistance, breaking strength and rigidity, and to provide its manufacturing process. According to the present invention, there is provided the process for manufacturing a modified conjugated diene-based polymer having a modifying group in its molecule, the process including a step of obtaining a conjugated diene-based polymer by polymerizing a conjugated diene compound, or a conjugated diene compound and an aromatic vinyl compound, by using an alkaline metal-based initiator or an alkaline earth metal-based initiator in a hydrocarbon solvent, and a step of reacting active terminals of the polymer with a glycidylamino group-containing low molecular compound having two or more tertiary amino groups and three or more glycidyl groups bonded to the amino groups in a molecule of the compound, and an oligomer of a dimmer or more of the low molecular compound as modifying agents, wherein the reaction is performed using 75 to 95% by mass of the low molecular compound and 25 to 5% by mass of the oligomer based on the total amount of the modifying agents.
