    摘要: A door weather strip, which is of annular form as a whole, includes a base section and a hollow sealing section as its basic constituent elements. The portion of the door weather strip corresponding to the corner part of the upper portion on the center pillar side of the front door provides a molded section, and any other section provides a continuously formed extrusion section. On the portion other than the lower side portion in the peripheral portion of the opening section for the front door of a vehicle body, the ridge portion as along the peripheral portion thereof is provided. In the closed state of the front door, the sealing section is elastically deformed so as to be pressed and extended in opposite directions away from the top portion of the ridge portion.

A seal portion projecting from one side wall of a trim portion is partly cut off, the remaining trim portion is bent to a corner configuration and placed in a mold, and a molding material for the seal portion is injected into a cavity of the mold from the position corresponding to a longitudinally extending base end edge of the molded seal portion such that the molding material flows from the side of the longitudinally extending base end edge of the molded seal portion towards a distal end edge thereof to fill the cavity.

The extrusion molding section includes a base section and a hollow sealing section. A seal lip is integral with the part of the extrusion molding section which corresponds to the upper section of the door frame. The length of the seal lip is gradually changed at a front upper corner part. During extrusion molding, the part of the extrusion molding section which corresponds to a front lower corner part is formed as follows: That is, the sealing section is larger in height than the other part. At least the part of the extrusion molding section which corresponds to the lower section is smaller in wall thickness of the vehicle outside base end part of the sealing section than the part which corresponds to the upper section.

    摘要: A sealing structure for forming a seal between a weather strip attached to a door opening portion of a vehicle body, and a periphery of a vehicle door. The weather strip includes a base portion having a generally U-shaped cross-section for attachment to the door opening portion, and a tubular seal portion which expands from an outer side wall of the base portion. A projection is formed in the weather strip so as to project from the outer side wall of the base portion into an interior of the tubular seal portion so as to be spaced from an inner surface of a projecting top of a sealing wall of the tubular seal portion. When the vehicle door is closed, an inside surface of a periphery of a door panel contacts and presses the projecting top of the sealing wall, which faces the projecting end of the projection, while an inside surface of a door frame contacts and presses a side part of the sealing wall apart from the projecting top of the sealing wall.

    摘要: A method of machining seats of a compressor piston having an approximately hemispherical recess. A surface of a piston extending perpendicular to an axis of the piston is machined by annularly moving a cutting element while the cutting element is rotated with respect to the piston to form an annularly cut portion. The surface is further machined by moving the same cutting element in a direction toward the surface while the cutting element and the piston are relatively rotated to form a hemispherical recess in the surface. The firstly formed annularly cut portion becomes an annular chamfered portion on the periphery of the hemispherical recess. In this way, it is possible to form the hemispherical recess, and the annular chamfered portion on the periphery thereof, with the common cutting tool.

    摘要: An anti-rolling structure for a double headed piston of a disc cam type reciprocative compressor, comprising a cylinder block (1) through which a plurality of pairs of front and rear cylinder bores (4) are provided in parallel to a drive shaft (3) rotatably secured in the center of the cylinder block (1), and a double headed piston (8) slidably inserted in the respective pair of cylinder bores (4) for reciprocation in the longitudinal direction. A disc cam (13) having opposite sinuous surfaces (13') and rotatably accommodated within a cam chamber (5) is fixedly secured to the drive shaft (3), and a pair of front and rear cam rollers (14F, 14R) are arranged between the disc cam (13) and the piston (8) in a slidable and rotatable manner so as to nip the disc cam (13) between both cam rollers (14F, 14R) to transmit the rotation of the disc cam (13) to the piston (8) as a reciprocation in the longitudinal direction thereof. The front and rear cam rollers (14F, 14R) are positioned so that the axes of rotation thereof are not included in the center plane defined by longitudinal axes of the piston (8) and the disc cam (13) but disposed, respectively, in the opposite areas sectioned by the center plane with a substantially equal deviation from each other from the center plane. According to the above structure, the rolling motion of the piston (8) can be effectively restricted throughout the operation of the compressor.

    摘要: A swash plate type compressor is disclosed which is intended to prevent a hemispherical shoe, provided between the piston and the swash plate, from being spun on slat surface of the swash plate during operation of the compressor. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, the swash plate is formed with a step and the shoe with a cut portion engageable with the step so that the shoe is prevented from being spun on the slant surface of the swash plate which provides a turning moment to the shoe. The step is formed by an annular projection having an annular wall portion defining the inner limit of the slant surface area of the swash plate with which the flat face of the hemispherical shoe is kept in sliding contact, and the cut portion of the shoe has a curved surface conforming to the curvature of the annular wall portion. The shoe is located with its cut portion slidably contactable with the annular wall portion.
