    摘要: A sealing structure for forming a seal between a weather strip attached to a door opening portion of a vehicle body, and a periphery of a vehicle door. The weather strip includes a base portion having a generally U-shaped cross-section for attachment to the door opening portion, and a tubular seal portion which expands from an outer side wall of the base portion. A projection is formed in the weather strip so as to project from the outer side wall of the base portion into an interior of the tubular seal portion so as to be spaced from an inner surface of a projecting top of a sealing wall of the tubular seal portion. When the vehicle door is closed, an inside surface of a periphery of a door panel contacts and presses the projecting top of the sealing wall, which faces the projecting end of the projection, while an inside surface of a door frame contacts and presses a side part of the sealing wall apart from the projecting top of the sealing wall.

When the vehicle door is closed, the projection enters the channel to provide a seal between the vehicle body and vehicle door. The channel may be provided in the vehicle body while the projection may be provided in the vehicle door. The channel may be formed with a rubber elastic body.

    摘要: A window guide assembly for an automobile window includes at least one guide portion provided in the main body of an automobile door for guiding movement of the window, and also includes a plurality of contact members provided on opposing portions of the guide portion. The contact members are arranged to oppose the window so that the contact members slidably contact the inner and outer surfaces of the side edge of the window. The guide portion is constituted by a lower sash provided in the main body of the door. The contact members, provided on at least one side of the opposing portions, are elastic. The contact members are claw-shaped, in approximately the form of a C-shaped cross-section, and only one end of the C-shaped cross section of each of the claw-shaped members is fixed to the lower sash. Further, the contact members may be removably fixed by mounting the contact members in mounting portions of the lower sash.

    摘要: A door frame structure of a vehicle, of which a door frame is covered with a frame molding. The door frame has a flat peripheral wall extending around a window opening of a vehicle door and a protrusion protruding from an inside end of the flat peripheral wall. The frame molding is composed of a synthetic resin or TPO and is attached to an outside end of the peripheral wall of the door frame. A pair of shelf projections are integrally formed on an inside surface of the frame molding from about a widthwise center thereof so as to be spaced from each other. By press-inserting the flat peripheral wall of the door frame between the shelf projections of the frame molding, the frame molding is secured to the door frame. A glass run having seal lips for sealing a door glass is fitted in a channel having a U-shaped cross-section, which is defined by the protrusion and the flat peripheral wall of the door frame, and an inner half part of the frame molding, which protrudes into the window opening inwardly of the outside end of the flat peripheral wall of the door frame.

    摘要: A sealing member to be attached along a periphery of a door with a continuous good sealing performance against a facing opening portion even in a corner of the periphery of the door. A bar-shaped magnet is provided in a tubular seal portion of the sealing member so as to extend in a longitudinal direction thereof in close contact with an inside surface of a contacting part of a seal wall, which contacts the facing opening portion. The bar-shaped magnet has a cross-sectional shape of which the width gradually decreases from the side of the contacting part of the seal wall inwardly of the tubular seal portion, thereby reducing the cross-sectional area of the magnet, and enabling the magnet to be readily bent along a corner of the periphery of the door. And the bar-shaped magnet has an outwardly curving contacting surface, which contacts the contacting part of the seal wall, thereby improving contacting properties between the sealing member and a corner of the opening portion.

    摘要: A method of machining seats of a compressor piston having an approximately hemispherical recess. A surface of a piston extending perpendicular to an axis of the piston is machined by annularly moving a cutting element while the cutting element is rotated with respect to the piston to form an annularly cut portion. The surface is further machined by moving the same cutting element in a direction toward the surface while the cutting element and the piston are relatively rotated to form a hemispherical recess in the surface. The firstly formed annularly cut portion becomes an annular chamfered portion on the periphery of the hemispherical recess. In this way, it is possible to form the hemispherical recess, and the annular chamfered portion on the periphery thereof, with the common cutting tool.

    摘要: An anti-rolling structure for a double headed piston of a disc cam type reciprocative compressor, comprising a cylinder block (1) through which a plurality of pairs of front and rear cylinder bores (4) are provided in parallel to a drive shaft (3) rotatably secured in the center of the cylinder block (1), and a double headed piston (8) slidably inserted in the respective pair of cylinder bores (4) for reciprocation in the longitudinal direction. A disc cam (13) having opposite sinuous surfaces (13') and rotatably accommodated within a cam chamber (5) is fixedly secured to the drive shaft (3), and a pair of front and rear cam rollers (14F, 14R) are arranged between the disc cam (13) and the piston (8) in a slidable and rotatable manner so as to nip the disc cam (13) between both cam rollers (14F, 14R) to transmit the rotation of the disc cam (13) to the piston (8) as a reciprocation in the longitudinal direction thereof. The front and rear cam rollers (14F, 14R) are positioned so that the axes of rotation thereof are not included in the center plane defined by longitudinal axes of the piston (8) and the disc cam (13) but disposed, respectively, in the opposite areas sectioned by the center plane with a substantially equal deviation from each other from the center plane. According to the above structure, the rolling motion of the piston (8) can be effectively restricted throughout the operation of the compressor.
