    摘要: A checking method is described for a wiring harness having first sub-harnesses and second sub-harnesses in which the first sub-harness has a first press-fit terminal joined to each end of a first electrical cable, and the first sub-harness has a first isolator holding the first press-fit terminal and the second sub-harness has a second press-fit terminal, a crimp terminal, a connector housing for accommodating the crimp terminal, a second isolator supporting the second press-fit terminal and wherein a second electrical cable connects the second press fit terminal and the crimp terminal at opposite ends. The checking method, which is effective upon layering of the first and second isolators includes the conduct of decision steps for determining acceptance or rejection of the individual sub-harnesses after assembly thereof and a final decision step for determining acceptance or rejection of the completed wiring harness layering following of the isolators of the first and second sub-harness.

    摘要: The inventors of this invention conducted a test and found out that to prevent peel-off of an adherent film, it is not of essential importance to set the radius of curvature equal to or larger than a predetermined threshold. The inventors of the present invention also found out that peel-off of an adherent film occurs in the region in which the curvature of a shield changes and is less likely to occur when the change in curvature of the shield is small. Accordingly, the key to the problem is the magnitude of a change in curvature of the shield, so changing the curvature stepwise makes it possible to suppress a large change in curvature, and thus to prevent peel-off of an adherent film free from any disadvantages such as deterioration in film thickness distribution, which may occur due to an increase in size of the shield.

    摘要: A method of and an apparatus for compressing the grinding sludge, which is effective to compress the grinding sludge to provide an intended rigid briquette even though the grinding sludge contains ground chips of hardened iron and/or steel materials and an oil-based coolant and also to facilitate reuse of the briquette (B1) as material for production of steel. The grinding sludge containing the oil-based coolant and hardened component parts such as steel component parts that are used in bearings is compressed. To this end, the grinding sludge produced from a grinding line (1) is filtered by a filtering unit (4) to provide a concentrated sludge which is subsequently compressed by squeezing by a briquetting machine (5) to provide the briquette (B1). The briquette B1 so obtained can be reused as steel material. The coolant separated from the grinding sludge during filtering and squeezing is returned to the grinding line (1) through recovery passages (7, 8).
