摘要: A transfer means has a film lightly contacting a back surface of a transfer medium and applying a transfer field thereto. The film rises rapidly with respect to a contact portion with the back surface of the transfer medium on the upstream side of the direction of movement of the transfer medium relative to the film, and slopes gently from the contact portion in a continuous curve on a downstream side of the direction of movement. The film is capable of displacement between a support and an image carrier, and contacts and disengages the transfer medium according to the presence or absence of electrostatic adsorptive force due to the supply or withdrawal of an electric current.

摘要: A color laser printer 10 compares a pervious printer, which a toner cartridge 40 has been attached to immediately before attachment to the current printer, with the current printer. In the case where the previous printer is different from the current printer, the color laser printer 10 obtains setting information on the previous printer, which is stored in a storage element 50 of the toner cartridge 40, and applies the obtained setting information for the current printer. The various settings in the previous printer are thus turned over to the current printer, when the toner cartridge 40 is detached from the previous printer and is attached to the current printer. This arrangement ensures smooth printing operations without requiring any troublesome settings to use the current printer.

摘要: Toner cartridges 32C, 32M, 32Y, and 32K have storage elements 33C, 33M, 33Y, and 33K mounted thereon to transmit information carried on electromagnetic wave in a predetermined frequency band. An information receiver transmitter unit 30 is located in a neighborhood of an end of a developer unit 23 with the toner cartridges 32C, 32M, 32Y, and 32K attached thereto to transmit information carried on the electromagnetic wave in the predetermined frequency band to and from a color laser printer 20. While the developer unit 23 is rotated to develop each color component image with a supply of toner from the corresponding one of the toner cartridges 32C, 32M, 32Y, and 32K, the information receiver transmitter unit 30 is controlled to write a cumulative toner consumption and a cumulative number of printed sheets into the corresponding one of the storage elements 33C, 33M, 33Y, and 33K.

摘要: Provided is a method for the real-time visualization of an endogenous biomolecule to clarify the mechanisms of various diseases and enable diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. Specifically provided is a novel method for visualizing an endogenous biomolecule by using a magnetic resonance method (including Overhauser MRI and the electron spin resonance method). The aforesaid visualization method, whereby an endogenous biomolecule is visualized on a real-time basis, comprises: a step for treating a living organism to be examined by a magnetic resonance method and thus acquiring data of the endogenous biomolecule; a step for processing the data of the endogenous biomolecule thus obtained to give imaging data; and a step for displaying the imaging data thus obtained.

摘要: In the lens driving device of the present invention, at least two second coils are disposed at a 90 degree interval in a circumferential direction of a first coil wound around an outer circumference of a lens support in the circumferential direction, at least four magnets are provided at an inner circumferential side of a circumferential wall of a yoke and are provided at even intervals about the circumferential direction of the first coil, each magnet being provided so that an inner circumferential face is the same magnetic pole and opposes an outer circumferential face of the first coil, and in addition is opposite the second coil at the position of providing the second coil. When the lens support is moved in the optical axis direction, an electric current flows in the first coil, and when the lens support is moved in an X-Y direction orthogonal to the optical axis, a predetermined electric current flows in a predetermined second coil.
