In the screw compressor, the male and female rotors formed with axially twisted screw grooves in the casing comprise concave stripes having a minute depth and provided on the respective screw grooves to extend along directions of twist thereof, and leakage of a compressed air is less to give a high compression efficiency.

摘要: An oil-free scroll compressor prevents wraps from being broken and provides improved reliability. The oil-free scroll compressor includes an orbiting scroll member and fixed scroll members, and has compression channels into which water is injected each formed between the intake port and exhaust port provided in the fixed scroll member. The oil-free scroll compressor includes temperature sensors each of which detects temperature in the compression channel, regulating valves each of which controls ratio of the amount of the water to be injected into the respective compression channels to the total amount of the water to be injected into the compression channels, and controller which controls the opening degrees of the regulating valves such that a difference between the detected temperatures from the compression channels is small.

摘要: The invention relates to a pump which assures high reliability while maintaining the functionality as a compact, inexpensive motor-mounted internal gear pump. The pump includes an inner rotor with teeth on its outer surface, an outer rotor with teeth on its inner surface to engage with the inner rotor teeth, a pump casing housing both the rotors, and an inner rotor support shaft which pivotally supports the inner rotor. The motor includes a rotator located inside the pump casing, and a stator located outside the pump casing. The pump casing includes two casing members which face both side faces of the outer rotor and the inner rotor and have an outer rotor bearing which pivotally supports both sides of the outer rotor. The inner rotor support shaft has an inner rotor bearing eccentric to the outer rotor to support the inner rotor pivotally in a rotatable manner and connects the two casing members virtually concentrically with the outer rotor bearing.

摘要: As pressure in a water tank rapidly rises when water inside a compressor is evaporated by the high temperature of compressed air and this situation makes the operation unstable, an object of the present subject matter is to address this problem. A water injected scroll air compressor is provided with: an air end of the scroll air compressor; a driving unit that generates driving force for the air end; a compressing path from a suction port to a discharge port; a portion to inject water into the compressing path; a discharge piping of air discharged from the air end; a tank provided on a path of the discharge piping for storing water separated from the compressed air; and a cooler that is provided on the path of the discharge piping between the tank and the air end and cools the compressed air discharged from the air end.

摘要: A screw compressor rotatably accommodates, within a casing 20 including a suction port and a delivery port 3, a pair of female and male rotors 1, 2 under the meshed state and compresses gas in the state where a liquid is mixed by pouring the liquid to the gas confined within a working chamber 8 formed with both rotors 1, 2 and the casing 20. On the wall surface of the casing 20 opposing to the rotor delivery end, a recessed part 10 is provided. The working chamber 8 is communicated with the recessed part 10 immediately before isolating from the delivery port 3 and this communication is maintained until a volume of the working chamber 8 substantially becomes zero. Thereby, the screw compressor can be control increase in power consumption, vibration, and noise.

摘要: An oil separator and an oil reservoir are formed integral with a main casing. Also, an opening communicated with the oil reservoir is formed in a part of a lower portion of an oil separation space of the oil separator. Preferably, the opening is formed so that its width is increased as it approaches an outer peripheral side of the oil separation space from a center thereof. Further, a safety valve is installed so that a line connecting between the safety valve and the center of the oil separator is made substantially in parallel to axes of screw rotors.

摘要: A screw rotor for use in screw compressors and screw vacuum pumps comprises a pair of rotors including a male rotor and a female rotor. These rotors have helical lobes in an axial direction and mesh with each other to form a compression chamber. Depending upon a lobe configuration of the rotors, suction pressure and discharge pressure, a negative torque for self-rotation as well as a positive torque opposing to rotation due to a compression action is generated on the female rotor in operation. This phenomenon generates when a value obtained by integrating a torque acting on the female rotor over an entire cross section in an axial direction of the rotors becomes negative. When the negative torque is generated, noises due to tooth separating vibration is caused. Then, a lobe profile is defined such that a magnitude of the negative torque is smaller than that of the positive torque in respective cross sections of the female rotor. That is, a relationship between a radius of a point of contact on a leading surface side of the female rotor and a radius of a point of contact on a trailing surface side or curvatures of the rotors are such that the negative torque is not generated on the lobe profile.
